30/03/2024: Very slowly service and rude personal. 30 minutes of waiting just to get coffee. Disaster

27/03/2024: I would like to write this review for the service through UBER EAT. I had ordered a pastry which turned out to no longer be available. I didn't see that they had tried to contact me. As a result, without a response from me, they replaced it with 2 desserts with a little note, which is frankly unheard of. Thank you for this pleasant surprise!

21/04/2024: I have been going there for several years but here, the negative opinion must be made. I've been asked several times to add ingredients that weren't asked or offered to me. I am thinking in particular of the white chocolate frapuccino, delicious without coffee. But I don't get asked if I want it or not, sometimes I even specify in advance that I don't want it, but I still end up with coffee in it. This evening, my fiancé wanted to please me by bringing me my white chocolate frapuccino, we didn't ask him if he wanted coffee, on the ticket stuck to the cup it didn't say that there is coffee in it, and I taste: coffee. But anyway, it's not the end of the world, on the other hand the day when we were made to pay for food that we had not ordered and once reported we were not given the correct change (so we had lost money), it's starting to make a lot of mistakes. Already the price is exorbitant, even if it is not the fault of the employees; If their work is not done correctly, it is essential for me to point this out. Aside from that, the staff remains pleasant and cheerful, except for the repeated preparation errors (for the price it annoys me a little to receive something that is not as I asked).

16/04/2024: We are used to going to Starbucks in the cities we visit but at 5:30 p.m. this one was really not clean (no table had been cleared and cleaned) and the staff was annoyed and not very friendly.

02/09/2023: I went to the Noailles café on the terraces of the port this Saturday, September 2, 2023. I saw a cockroach on the counter!!!!! Avoid, you risk bringing one of these critters home. On top of that the waiter is very unpleasant, rude and unprofessional.

02/04/2024: No cleanliness. Everything, from the room to the toilets, is in an unacceptable state of dirt and grime for a restaurant. Avoid so as not to get sick. False ceiling collapsed revealing questionable cables and ducts covered with aluminum foil... Elevator broken to top it off... And therefore inaccessible to people with reduced mobility who dare to go to the toilet. To flee.

26/03/2024: Absolutely ridiculous prices, another McDonald's which capitalizes heavily on THE FAMOUS inflation, except that they increase their prices much more than inflation. 14 euros for a maxi best o Big tasy two meats you've fallen for it's the price of a burger in a restaurant lol And above all, don't forget that the boss of each McDonald's DECIDES HIMSELF THE PRICES HE PRACTICES, so no it's not the fault of the old one, it's the fault of the boss of this specific McDonald's who decided to bleed you. Go to BK, you will pay less and at least you will be hungrier after eating

24/03/2024: Deplorable delivery service on a Sunday evening. It's not like they don't get a rush every Sunday night. 45 minutes late, no commercial gesture, deplorable service. A shame. I still have not received the order at the time of writing.
