30/01/2026: Two weeks ago, I went to the McDonald's at Cora to order a fish Happy Meal. When I got home, I received a cheeseburger meal, potatoes instead of fries, and a Coke instead of an Oasis. I figured to err, so I didn't leave a review. Last night, I went back to the drive-thru of the same McDonald's. At the kiosk, a friendly young man took my order, but it was the same young woman as the first time who served me. And there, once again, several mistakes: she gave me two cheeseburger meals instead of two double fish meals, potatoes instead of fries, and only one drink cup when I had ordered two. I was parked at the drive-thru, and I had to tap on the window three times to point out the successive errors. Each time she handed me the bag, an item was missing. She wasn't very friendly and sighed as if I were bothering her. She finally gave me the fries and the second Coke, which is what I had ordered. But when I got home, I discovered that the second drink was… water, even though I had ordered two Cokes and, of course, paid a sugary drink surcharge for them, only to end up with the same water that comes out of my tap. There's clearly a serious lack of professionalism. And to top it all off, this employee wasn't even wearing a hairnet, unlike the others, which shows a real lack of attention to detail.

29/01/2026: Avoid this place at all costs! They've changed the price of the €5 menu, which isn't actually €5 anymore, while other places still offer the same €5 menu. I've already ordered it twice, once charged €7.50 and once €7. I'm completely baffled; nobody can tell you the exact price or what's included! And today at 2:30 PM, I ordered four nuggets for €4 and, using my loyalty program, a fish fillet. They deducted 50 points, but there was no sandwich on my tray! 😱 Then they told me (with proof of my points on my card and the points deducted from the machine) that there was no manager available to do anything and to send an email. "I already had this problem this week, but I can't do anything," they said. Okay, give me the email address then. They don't even know where to write! HELP! I'm a huge McDonald's fan, but there are just too many things that aren't right anymore! You quickly forget that Quick is right across the street!

12/12/2025: 2 Happy Meals, no toys for the 2, nice for children who generally only wait for that…

08/12/2025: The customer service is terrible and really needs improvement! The food is really not good either and needs improvement! The atmosphere is incredibly stressful; avoid this place at all costs!!!!
