17/05/2026: Today, Sunday, May 17th, I ordered two McDonald's meals via click and collect. I wasn't offered any sauce when I ordered, and I never received any. So, in my bag, there were only two measly napkins. There were no small wooden spoons or forks with the Cheddar fries.
Furthermore, the employee who brought my order was nonchalant.
I feel like things are getting worse and worse. I'll finish by saying that I got Cheddar fries without Cheddar cheese, which isn't what I ordered.

17/05/2026: The dining room and restrooms were very clean.
One comment: the tables are not cleaned after each customer.
Very disappointed with the hamburger; too much sauce and too soggy, very difficult to hold.
17/05/2026: Good quality food, hot and crispy fries. Good burger. Generous ice cream for the price.

02/06/2026: An immersive experience in the "self-service" concept. No greeting, no smile, no answers to our questions. When we asked for information, we were treated to a poster-pointing demonstration worthy of a museum guide.
Special mention goes to the restrooms, which looked like they were participating in an archaeological reenactment competition. As for the food, it's McDonald's.
25/05/2026: Avoid at all costs!
I went to McDonald's with my family and received terrible service.
First, we ordered fries, which came with only three measly potatoes. We went back to complain and were brushed off, with a dismissive "eye roll" and other unpleasant remarks.
As for the waitress, she was far from friendly and professional; not a smile, not a glance as she brought us our trays.
If this job is unpleasant for you, find another one.
The food itself is good.

01/05/2026: A chicken and bacon wrap without bacon… The staff seems understaffed; I waited 25 minutes for my takeout order, and during that time, many people complained about missing items in their orders. I hardly would have thought to check that the bacon was actually inside the wrap before leaving. In short, I think they need to hire more staff, especially during long weekends.
01/05/2026: Orders were taken in thirty minutes and we were still being asked for them. Tables and trays were dirty.

17/04/2026: The food was fine, no complaints at all; it's one of the only McDonald's where I've actually had a hot meal!
However, the place is filthy. Tables, chairs, toilets, etc., everything is sticky. It's unacceptable to open at 11:00 AM and have the place already dirty! As for the atmosphere, there are young people smoking everywhere; it really needs to be addressed!
I definitely do not recommend it!
16/04/2026: The burgers were cold and poorly assembled. The self-service kiosk didn't accept payment, and there were no tables... We arrived at 12:30 PM and were served very quickly because there were very few people... Strange, isn't it?

15/09/2024: !!!BRING EARPLUGS AND SOME ANTI BAC WIPES!!! The rooms are dated and not very clean. The carpet stinks from god knows what germs. Bathroom is tiny and the bath is made from thin plastic which feels like it will crack under the weight. Very noisy. You can hear all the noise from the adjoining rooms and the corridor. Doors slamming all night and early morning.
Windows face into noisy car park and the bar which is noisy and inconvenient.
Receptionist absolutely stunk the place out with body odour. No welcome no smile. Don’t know about the food looked grim and expensive. Location very good.

14/07/2024: Seulement de passage, mais j' aurai dû lire les commentaires avant d' y aller. J' ai mis deux seulement pour le service et l'aire de jeux. Le wrap froid, et ce pain à burger qui ressemble à une viennoiserie?? Gras et franchement pas bon. Désolée mais je ne reviendrai pas.
07/07/2024: Commande au drive qui ne correspond pas du tout à ce qui a été demandé. J’ai demandé un whoper on m’a servi un cheeseburger sans sauce. J’ai demande 2 cheesesburgers sans cornichons sans sauces, un a été oublié et pour constater quand je suis partie que les deux ne correspondent pas à ma commande. L’équipière avec des tresses m’a fait attendre un bon moment avant de m’encaisser et pareil pour recevoir la commande. Le personnel n’est pas chaleureux et ont bien l’air de s’en foutre. Ce ne me donne pas du tout envie d’y retourner!
