06/04/2024: Typical bistro in Saint-Émilion with a lot of tradition, where we were able to enjoy traditional dishes such as Foie-gras in red wine, a charcuterie board, a Prime Rib or a Confit Lamb Shoulder; all made with local products and respecting temporality. Be careful with wine prices.

Maybe slightly increased in price, but you pay for the location.

06/03/2024: We enjoyed a nice meal at Chez Fred, 1st impressions were unwelcoming by the female server and we'd nearly left because of her attitude, glad we stayed since the food and her colleagues made up for the initial impression.
24/01/2024: A quick mid-day stop
An easy place to stop for a drink or two, snack or even a full on meal. I visited with my wife in January when it was a bit nippy so we sat inside, where there is a reasonable amount of room. A beer, wine, croissant and pain au chocolate was enough for our visit. Service was fine, food and and drink was fine. Nothing spectacular (or unspectacular) to add. I would happily recommend it though when in Bordeaux.
