03/01/2026: A quick stop at this small restaurant, which was quite busy on the streets. The food was very good; we had a savory tarte flambée with four cheeses—a real treat—and a truly excellent sauerkraut, followed by a sweet tarte flambée for dessert. There was a slight hiccup with the service, but the waitress quickly rectified it and took responsibility for her mistake. So, professional. Pleasant these days. There was a bit of a wait for dessert, but I recommend it because there's a good selection on the menu and the quality of the ingredients.

15/02/2026: We walked into this place with confidence and left deeply disappointed. The pizza served was heavily burnt, with a completely charred base and a bitter taste that made it inedible. This wasn't just a few oven spots—it was clearly overcooked to the point that we were practically left without dinner. A 50% discount cannot be presented as a favor. When a product is served in such a condition, it is simply the bare minimum. A situation like this should not happen at all. These weren't just minor cooking marks, but a clearly botched cooking process, to the point that we were practically left without dinner. A 50% discount cannot be presented as a favor. 19/03/2026: I never thought I'd leave a negative review because for years they were considered the best in Colmar. A change of ownership and everything's gone downhill, what a shame! It's so sad! We ordered two sandwiches; it wasn't busy, there was plenty of time to make them properly! One sandwich was charged extra, but the extra wasn't included! This can happen when it's very busy, and again, you just need to reread the order form to be sure. As for the second sandwich, it was supposed to be stuffed, but where did the filling go? It's shameful to send out an order with so little filling. You'll have to go back to the old way of doing things because you're going to disappoint many customers. We encourage you to put yourself in the customer's shoes. You should serve the food the way you would like to eat it yourself. We are very disappointed. Good luck.

17/02/2026: I went to eat at the Subway in Colmar and had a great time. The welcome was really friendly; you immediately feel at home. The service was warm and the staff was very kind and professional. I highly recommend this restaurant and thank the whole team for their warm welcome and kindness!

18/02/2026: Clean and well received, but McDonald's charges extra on regular Coke, extra charge on sauce, an extra charge even if minimal, but not appealing, on average 15 for a meal that is not worth more than half the price, outrageous price.
