06/08/2026: After reading the good reviews, this restaurant seemed like a picturesque spot with good food. I think this is also true for the flamkuchen. However, we ordered the mixed grill. This was served as a gourmet meal where you have to cook all the pieces of meat yourself in a small pan. That was already a slight disappointment. At a grill, you expect the meat to come straight from the grill, not from the pan, and certainly not that you have to cook it yourself. Unfortunately, the pans worked very poorly and barely got warm. After a good attempt of an hour and a half, we gave up, and they offered to put the meat in the oven for us. The meat itself consisted of a mix of sausages and chicken. No steak or chops that you expect on the grill. After a long wait, we were finally given the opportunity to order drinks. Unfortunately, no good review from us. As a tip: clearly state for tourists what you mean by a mixed grill. If you really want to offer this as a gourmet experience, then provide proper pans, deliver the meat in small pieces, serve enough sauce with it, and ensure there is extra cutlery to place the raw meat pieces on the pans. Additionally, we smelled sewage every time the toilet door opened, and there were many cobwebs hanging on the walls in the courtyard. Faded glory. After expressing our disappointment, we received no financial compensation, even though we specifically asked for it. Terrible service! We paid the bill and left the food untouched. I hope that after reading this review, you will still be willing to compensate us. That would be real charm.

17/07/2026: A lovely place to satisfy your ice cream cravings. In my opinion, they have the best tubs: vanilla tonka bean, chocolate sorbet, strawberry verbena, rocher style... and more. I just regret not being able to find the chocolate sorbet anymore (my favorite, which makes me travel 30 km each way!), and the saleswoman told me I can't even order it before coming to the shop... so disappointing!!

03/07/2026: Today, the store manager decided not to open the tasting area. She was overwhelmed by three customers in her store and closed the area for eating in. How clever! All those customers left disappointed. And what business acumen! Bravo, madam, I congratulate you! 🤔😈

07/08/2026: Everything is top-notch, including the food, but there's a major drawback... the toilets... avoid them unless you enjoy holding the door open while you're using the toilet, since there's no way to close it. This creates a rather unpleasant atmosphere... and the toilet paper is there, but it's not easily accessible.

18/07/2026: They advertise promotions that aren't actually honored. Buy one, get one free. They only delivered one sandwich. And the bread was stale! When we pointed this out, they refused to honor the promotion WE SPECIFICALLY BOUGHT... and suggested we buy AGAIN... It's clearly a scam... Absolutely avoid it. There are much better options elsewhere.

28/07/2026: Good music, delicious drinks, and very nice and friendly staff. My friends and I will gladly come again.

27/07/2026: Ordered our drinks which came out in dribs and drabs. Also ordered a bowl of chips. After half an hour, the chips failed to arrive and when we enquired were rudely told that the kitchen had shut even though the table next to us have just got a huge bowl of chips and they arrived after us. The staff are now just standing outside giving the clientele menacing stares as want to shut up shop, which is not conducive to a relaxing ambience. To add insult to injury, when the bill came they tried to charge us for the chip!

05/08/2026: The best iced tea (quality infusion of mango, passion fruit, and raspberry) as well as frappé coffee (you can taste the quality of the coffee and its intensity)

01/08/2026: It took 25 minutes to make me two sandwiches and a coffee, even though there were only two of us customers in the restaurant.

24/07/2026: The food was excellent, the portions generous and delicious. The staff were very pleasant, welcoming, and always smiling. I highly recommend this establishment!
