28/03/2024: What can I say in particular because it is in line with other KFCs, the drive is good and quite fast. The location is quite close to the ring road and next to the Auchan Gramont roundabout, which makes it easy to access, not to mention it is right next to the metro station. Be careful, the parking lot is quite small and this is the most annoying thing if you come to collect an order or eat on site. My order was piping hot and I was able to eat it without reheating the contents, which is unfortunately not the case with all fast food restaurants. More like a KFC to collect orders or for the drive but not too much to eat on site, but that's just my opinion.

01/04/2024: Going to the Drive, I asked for a normal boxmaster, I got a spicy one, absence of fries, lack of Nutella supplement on the kream crust, no sauce even though we had asked for ketchup…… the icing on the cake a glass of ice tea which was leaking from the bottom so everything was wet. So in the end very very expensive for what we got because obviously it was at home that we noticed all of this. Otherwise friendly staff.
After this review, management promised me over the phone a free menu as compensation. When I went there without written proof, the staff refused to give me this famous menu offered to compensate for the errors and omissions from the previous visit. Brief disappointment +++++ lack of respect for customers

05/04/2024: Ah absolutely ban, I wanted to please my little daughter, no one in the restaurant, table not cleared and very dirty.
And when the waiter decides to clear the tray she doesn't even clean the table.
In short, 2 tension for the team more than 10 minutes of waiting for a happy meal and a coffee once again I repeat no one in the restaurant.

06/04/2024: The dirtiest McDonalds in France. Saturday April 6 at 2:50 p.m. We arrive on site and the floor is so dirty that it is so dirty that it is impossible for us to eat inside. The tables are not cleaned. It is nonsense. We have to eat outside because it is much cleaner.
24/03/2024: Arrival at 11:35 a.m. served at 12:15 p.m. when there were three of us in the restaurant. Unsalted fries, cold burger and lukewarm drinks.
No commercial gesture and I add that the cleanliness of the place really leaves something to be desired. So zero stars for this McDonald's which will NEVER see us again!!

Adorable servers but overwhelmed by the amount of work. It’s a shame because the dishes are tasty. Maybe fewer tables even if it means increasing the price of the menu, that would be so much more pleasant.
I wish them every success by doing less but better

An endless wait. A fast food not fast at all.
Perhaps competition from Burger King will raise the level.

05/04/2024: Disrespectful staff. There was an ingredient missing from my mixed salad. My request was not taken into account. The waitress looked down on me and laughed in my face!!! This behavior is unacceptable, especially since I have always remained respectful. Absolutely avoid!!!

31/03/2024: 2 simple menus, missing the fries from the 2 menus and the nuggets from 1 menu, and the cutlery for the salad...😅...it's still hot... You have to concentrate, 1 salad=cutlery, 2 menus=2 fries...in short, nothing serious, but when you're just passing through, and there's no way back, it's a bit annoying, you're left hungry...and eat your salad with 2 pens it's possible, but painful....
