05/04/2024: It is time to respect the customer who pays for a service.
Always an oversight which is human but when it always falls on you it's relieving.
Half of the hamburger is missing, no cutlery or sauce for the salad. No fry sauce or napkins.
If ever warn if we have to come with what we need!
I prefer to drive a little further and go to Gourdan. At least there's never any problem. Take some seeds

30/03/2024: 15 minutes of waiting at the drive-thru to wait for our order when there were only 2 cars in front of us... Cold burgers... melted ice cream! Losing combo for this McDonald’s! Fortunately the staff is pleasant.
24/03/2024: We ordered Hamburgers, they were inedible with too much salt and pepper. We were also surprised by the price of a small coke at more than €3. A shame for a fast food restaurant.

17/03/2024: Very disapointed. The bread is soft and waterlogged with a freezer aftertaste, the meat is fatty and rubbery, the salad is weak and there is a big lack of sauce. The fries are the classic floury frozen ones, not even salted. Clearly not worth the price.
17/03/2024: I've been coming here almost every day for 3 years, 3 meat tacos and merguez panini, never disappointed, I highly recommend! Best kebab in the city and certainly in Toulouse, thank you for being my canteen! Not to mention the guys behind the counter who are entertaining! To consume without moderation, strength to you for the channel! 💪🏼

05/04/2024: Very disappointed, 13 euros for two pastries (???).. A quartet of flavorless and very not very filling sweets for 6euros50, and a very cloying and not really tasty coffee and chocolate tartlet...
As a lover of pastries I will not come back.
The visual is so pretty though :)
30/03/2024: Excellent pastry. The trompe l'oeil eggs are very good as well as the chocolate cookie.
All this accompanied by a very good almond tea too!

31/03/2024: Close to Capitol Square. Wide variety of rum and its derivatives. Dynamic and friendly team. Rustic atmosphere with wooden table (very often sticky because of the sugar). Very attractive price. I recommend for rum lovers.

01/04/2024: I systematically check my orders because I miss things 2/3 of the time. I happened to order just a signature menu..., they managed to publish the burger..., suffice to say that it shows when you order a menu and get a fries and a drink... period! That this matters to the customer goes without saying... but when you claim to be a restaurant professional... it's rather shocking in my opinion. But hey, I've gotten used to this mediocrity of service in this restaurant because it happens regularly..., which is why I check my orders systematically. But today, I ordered takeaway for 2 adults and 2 children, after checking the order... they just forgot a fries from an adult menu... and above all a complete appy meal. Suffice to say that if I don't check, I'm just in for a drama when I get home... I told them 3 times that they were missing a fries and a complete happy meal, they collected my order for the complete, I collect it and when I get home... there is still a fries missing and we eat almost cold because the food has had time to cool by the time they collect my order to complete it... half !
I've done without making comments until now because we have ended up getting used to mediocrity as long as it helps but now I'm leaving this comment because it's really overkill here. On the other hand, I was billed for the entire order, as always, due to problems on this side (5 stars for that). I stole 2 glasses from them that were lying on a table for compensation even though that's not my style...
