Not to mention the subtle aromas that permeate every dish.

13/08/2026: An excellent restaurant in Le Puy-en-Velay. The setting is truly charming, with its warm and elegant decor that immediately invites you to linger.
The cuisine lives up to the ambiance. We thoroughly enjoyed generous portions, beautifully presented on lovely plates. The cooking was perfect, and every bite was a pure delight.
Everything was in place for a very pleasant experience. A gourmet discovery to be repeated without hesitation.

10/08/2026: We had a quick lunch of delicious paninis there. The setting was pleasant on a shaded terrace overlooking the Allier River, the service was friendly, and the prices were quite reasonable.
We'll gladly come back.
28/07/2026: I can't comment on the food as we only had breakfast there! But I can talk about a very pretty place: sublime at 8:30 am in the summer, and a super friendly welcome 🤗

11/08/2026: For the past few months, the bread in their sandwiches has been consistently dry (11 a.m., 2 p.m., 5 p.m.... same thing).
They're probably made with day-old bread.
It's not exactly surprising, but it's still a shame: I'll miss the cookies.

27/08/2026: I had a medium shrimp poke bowl today. It was very good! The combination of ingredients and the two sauces were good, but I was disappointed by the amount of rice at the bottom of the bowl. It also needed more grated carrots. These aren't the most expensive ingredients, so it's a shame. The proportions could be adjusted, otherwise it would have been perfect!
12/08/2026: Excellent meal, fantastic atmosphere, and a lovely team! 🫶🏼 The servers are very pleasant and welcoming. Very little wait for orders.
I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back again and again!

19/04/2026: We had dinner at La Table 1924, the restaurant at the Hôtel Regina in Le Puy, to celebrate my sister's 25th birthday, and it was a wonderful experience.
The dishes were delicious, expertly prepared, and served in generous portions. Everything was perfectly executed, from the presentation to the service.
The decor is particularly elegant and adds a great deal of charm to the place, making the experience even more enjoyable.
The waitstaff was very friendly and attentive. We were seated at a table a little off to the side, which allowed us to fully enjoy the moment in a calm and convivial atmosphere.
I highly recommend this restaurant, and I will gladly return.

27/08/2026: During the exhibitions at the Doyenné, we discovered the restaurant "Les 400 Coups." A refined blend of culinary tradition and modernity, not to mention the decor, which is inspired by the restaurant's name. Well done to the owner, who's also in the kitchen!
27/08/2026: A warm and inviting place, ideally located on a charming little square. The unusual decor is magnificent, and the waiter is professional and friendly. The food and drinks are delicious. Joy, the adorable fox terrier, and her owner, who also runs the establishment, are welcoming and attentive.

12/05/2026: A very bad experience today at lunchtime in this restaurant, which is nevertheless recognized as a member of the Toque d’Auvergne association.
The banquette offered in the bistro section was very uncomfortable. After asking to be seated at the end of the table, on a chair, the manager spontaneously offered us a seat in the gastronomic section, where tables were available, to allow for a more comfortable seating arrangement.
This solution, initially accepted and offered by the manager herself, was then refused by the manager. He indicated that this table required ordering the gastronomic menu.
As a result, we were forced to pay €36 instead of the original €19 menu price, simply to be seated more comfortably. For an establishment recognized by the Toque d’Auvergne association, one could legitimately expect a more respectful, consistent, and customer-focused welcome. A real lack of consideration and a very disappointing experience, especially considering we had been there before...

The rooms, while not luxurious, are spacious and well-equipped.
The staff is very professional.
The restaurant is superb. Refined, gourmet cuisine at a very reasonable price.
I highly recommend this establishment.

I just came from a funeral, I'm on a video call with my friend to cheer each other up, I'm sitting on the terrace, a posh couple sits down and I'm asked to hang up or turn down the volume! I'm not even allowed to make a phone call on the terrace, all because of the couple who sit down after me! It's outrageous, I absolutely do not recommend this place! And the waitress is incredibly arrogant!
26/08/2026: Ideal for waiting for your train, bus, shuttle... or for doing a little local shopping and ensuring you have a tasty meal for the upcoming hike.

I had lunch yesterday at Le Petit Plus in Brioude and had a fantastic time.
The welcome was top-notch, with a special mention for Stéphanie, the owner, for her kindness, friendliness, and smile. 😊
The food was delicious, the service was efficient and pleasant, and the prices were very reasonable.
Everything was perfect for a great experience: the welcome, the food, the service, and the value for money. 👍 I highly recommend it and will definitely be back! 👏😊

06/09/2026: I don't really recommend it, the fries were too oily and not hot enough, I ordered a mcflurry with barely any vanilla ice cream and a tiny amount of Kit Kat (really minimal), paying 4.8 to receive this, let's move on, it's a sample.
