15/03/2026: A huge thank you to the entire team for their warm welcome and professionalism. The staff are very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. We felt truly welcome from the moment we arrived, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
08/03/2026: My company rented me a triple room through Booking.com for three weekend days. My first disappointment was the long wait for the concierge, who arrived only 15 minutes after I called and texted. Furthermore, the kitchen (on the ground floor) only has one microwave, and it's located behind the bar, in a very inconvenient location. When I needed to get an invoice from the concierge the next day, I had to wait another 20 minutes... My bottom line: if possible, find another place to stay.

19/08/2026: Once again, a sandwich was missing from the order. This McDonald's is a specialist in incomplete order deliveries.
17/08/2026: I was very disappointed with this meal deal! I ordered a Caesar salad with nuggets for €10.50 and received a tiny portion, not even enough for a child.
The salad contained only a few lettuce leaves, some croutons, and three nuggets completely soaked in oil. There weren't even any tomatoes, and certainly not enough to constitute a proper meal.
At €10.50, I find the value for money frankly outrageous. You really feel like you're paying a lot for a quantity and quality that are absolutely lacking.
I'm very disappointed with this experience; I find this meal deal completely overpriced.

13/01/2025: The first floor where I stayed is damp and unfinished. In addition, the treatment of one of the managers was rude and unprofessional. The other floors may be better, but my experience was disappointing. I had a reservation for 3 nights and I had to leave on the first day because I was already starting to feel sick to my throat due to the smell of mold. When he saw that I only paid him for 1 night, he grabbed my arm tightly to hold me back! Terrible experience
The first floor where I stayed has humidity issues and is unfinished. Additionally, the behavior of one of the staff members was rude and unprofessional. Other floors might be better, but my experience was disappointing. I had a reservation for 3 nights and had to leave after the first night because I started feeling unwell with a sore throat from the moldy smell. She grabbed my arm tightly to stop me for leaving as she realized I was paying the night. Terrible experience.
25/11/2024: The owner of the place, who is alone in managing her hotel, does her best to satisfy her customers and inform them about masses and everything there is to visit.
Her restaurant had to close during COVID, so she really needs you.
Have a breakfast for 5 EUR and you will be happy.
It's not great luxury, but the manager is very endearing and really does her best to satisfy us.
Very beautiful place for a pilgrimage to Lourdes where we follow in the footsteps of Bernadette, very poor.
Like her, we can live modestly but in fraternal communion for a few days.
Let us know how to forget our comfort during a stay which is intended to be intended for prayer and the conversion of our hearts and our bodies.

31/08/2024: Voulant nous abriter par cause d’une forte pluie et faire une petite pause café avant de repartir vers la cascade, nous nous sommes arrêté à cet endroit où nous avons été accueilli par un homme plus que désagréable, obligeant les gens à lui parler français sous peine de ne pas être servis, parlant avec un gros manque de respect aux clients, qui refuse l’accès aux toilettes ou demande que les gens attendent debout alors que des tables n’étaient pas remplis…. Endroit qui vaudrait le détour mais avec un personnel plus que désagréable je conseille de prendre la pause café ailleurs.
29/08/2024: Accueil chaleureux, plats très bons épaule d’agneau excellente, la truite correcte la tarte aux myrtilles très moyen . Un rapport qualité prix décevant pour un établissement 4 étoiles, et je ne parle pas des la propreté des commodité….

24/02/2024: Mauvaise accueil personnel non chalant et irrespectueux sans raison. Serveur aigris, qui nous lève pour aucune raison alors qu’on nous a dis de s’asseoir à cette place, il dis en plus que nous sommes « relou ».
