18/03/2026: Fries often cold and a long wait

18/03/2026: I stopped at the MD Drive at 5:35 PM. The woman on the phone at the intercom was quite angry, really unprofessional, didn't even say hello. I was practically yelled at. It's regrettable, especially considering the €35 restaurant menu. A disgrace.

15/03/2026: A huge thank you to the entire team for their warm welcome and professionalism. The staff are very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. We felt truly welcome from the moment we arrived, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

08/03/2026: My company rented me a triple room through Booking.com for three weekend days. My first disappointment was the long wait for the concierge, who arrived only 15 minutes after I called and texted. Furthermore, the kitchen (on the ground floor) only has one microwave, and it's located behind the bar, in a very inconvenient location. When I needed to get an invoice from the concierge the next day, I had to wait another 20 minutes... My bottom line: if possible, find another place to stay.

20/04/2026: A Big Mac on a staircase, nowhere near as advertised on TV; you order a Coke plus tax and leave with an Oasis... no napkin. Okay, I didn't check my drive-thru order, but this is getting serious.

18/04/2026: We arrived as a group of 30. The team was very efficient. We were served quickly and all the food was piping hot. Professional service.

15/04/2026: Disgusted every time I go here, something's missing from my order. Yesterday, April 14th, around 8:05 PM, the four people in front of me were missing something from their orders, and to make matters worse, the cashier swapped my order with someone else's, picking it up from the other customer's car. We don't know what was touched in the meantime, but half the fries were missing, and most importantly, there was no Big Mac. I didn't have time to check; I was in a hurry. So, 15 euros wasted for just fries and a McFlurry. I'm never going back.

14/04/2026: I just ordered a large wrap... If I didn't want to work and had no respect for anyone, I would have done the same thing: thrown it in my pocket, ingredients on top, without sealing the wrapper, and of course, cold! But maybe I wouldn't have been as skilled as you to do the same with the fries. It's a total lack of respect for the customers, but also for your colleagues who are trying hard to do things properly. I don't have time to turn back now, but if you recognize yourself in this, please give me your contact information. Thanks in advance.

27/01/2026: It's past 11:00 AM, and no one at the drive-thru kiosk is responding to us quickly. Plus, there's no call button... but you can scan. I WANT A CALL BUTTON. We push our way between two crates placed on the ground to further narrow the passage to the register... Seriously? The young woman doesn't make us feel comfortable and takes her time taking our order. We decide against it and choose to leave. Ahead, the line is blocked by a vehicle that's been waiting for its order for a while. We decide to reverse. The passage is so narrow that our wheels are scraping. Seriously awful. How to make life difficult for the customer, with all due respect.

27/01/2026: McDonald's...nothing more, nothing less...a pleasant place nonetheless.
