19/09/2026: When I called to ask about product availability at their tobacco shop, the person I spoke to curtly replied... seriously, you're calling me for that? I just wanted to avoid driving 50 km round trip for nothing... apparently I was bothering him.

17/07/2026: The waitress was unwelcoming; we felt like we were bothering her. Very few drinks available, no ice. Avoid this place.

20/08/2026: Of the three pizzas we ordered, nothing was right. The meat was undercooked or barely cooked, and for a tartiflette pizza, there were just four pieces of potato fighting over each other – unheard of! They were barely topped. Disappointing value for money.

28/08/2026: Exceptional Magnificent setting Welcomed by the Chef His motto: I cook simply but with the best ingredients thanks to my network of partners Example: he partnered with one of the best cheesemakers in the world to offer the finest matured cheeses of the region on his menu (the P'tit Mignon sheep's cheese made by the 4th best cheesemaker in the world, D. Bouchait) In addition to being a chef, he is a farmer and producer with 1400 head of cattle The meat is of exceptional quality, meltingly tender and cooked to perfection The desserts are equally impressive; I recommend the homemade blueberry tart topped with rum-infused whipped cream All this at very reasonable prices Oh, and the chef is a big rugby fan and, incidentally, a fan of the Toulouse club Nobody's perfect! 10/06/2026: Perfect hotel to go to when coming to Lourdes. Such a peaceful spot. Only a few minutes' walk down the road from the bus stop that takes you to the airport. Right by the riverside, and as you come out of the hotel, just across the bridge, you enter into all the stores and restaurants. Small supermarket just across the bridge also, which was super handy. Approximately an 8-minute walk through the shops to get to the sanctuary -perfect walking distance. Staff are brilliant, very kind and respectful. The bar was open till around 11 pm; they served us coffee after we came back a bit late from the prayer at the church. So kind and respectful. Would highly recommend . The rooms are very neat, simple, and clean regardless of what size. Will definitely be coming back and highly recommend for a peaceful trip of prayer coming to Lourdes. Thank you to all the staff for your kindness. God bless you all.

06/06/2026: The rooms are very poorly soundproofed; you can hear all the taps, showers, and toilets in the other rooms, as well as street noise. My room was right next to the elevator, so I could hear the machinery—it was impossible to sleep. I went downstairs to ask for a different room, and the response was that the hotel was full. There was also a gentleman who couldn't sleep in his room because of the heat; they gave him an old fan. The air conditioning doesn't work. In short, a terrible hotel.

21/10/2026: The staff in the dining area were very welcoming, attentive to their customers, and concerned about their experience at this McDonald's. However, the sandwiches... they showed no effort whatsoever. (Photo not 100% representative of the actual product)

20/10/2026: McDonald's is very quiet. And there are always all sorts of items out of stock at all hours of the day. It makes no sense. There are always products unavailable. And the word "fast food" doesn't even apply to this McDonald's... They can take away the "fast" part, whether it's at the drive-thru or with click and collect, with 30-minute waits even though I'm the only one going through.

01/01/2026: A fantastic restaurant in the heart of Tarbes. The staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly, with a special mention for the two young waiters/waitresses. The food was truly excellent, absolutely delicious; all credit goes to the chef who clearly has a passion for his craft. A wonderful New Year's Eve. Pictured here is the scallop with ginger/lemon sauce and vegetable risotto. A choice I certainly didn't regret, even though I'm a meat lover! Thank you so much!

18/12/2025: Our association, the Rotary Club of Tarbes, held our Annual General Meeting at the La Colonne restaurant. We had a wonderful evening with a very warm welcome, thoughtful touches that made all the difference, and delicious food. I highly recommend them; they are excellent at hosting groups.

17/08/2026: Sandwiches from a sandwich shop in Avesta. Two kebabs around 6:30 pm… I won't even describe the digestion! I've already taken three Imodium and I'm practically emptying myself out. And no, it can't be anything else, I haven't eaten anything else all day. This sandwich shop is definitely one to avoid!

06/08/2026: We came last night with colleagues to order food and were greeted by Candy, who was very friendly and smiling. I had a bowl with rice and curried chicken; it was delicious. Good value for money. See you soon!

12/09/2026: Unacceptable service. I came to eat at this McDonald's with my children. One of my children's burgers (cheeseburger), costing €3.70, didn't arrive at the table, even though the total order was €106. We went inside to complain, and one of the employees, who acted like he was the boss and was rude, said the cheeseburger was coming on the tray. I told him, "You have all the sandwiches right in front of you, and you can see who didn't get the cheeseburger unless some sucker came and ate it." He replied, "Well, a big sucker then. I'm not bringing you another cheeseburger." I asked to see the manager and to check the security cameras outside our table. A man, supposedly the manager but lacking the professional demeanor, came to see us. We explained the situation again, and he said, "I'll be right back." Ten minutes later, he returned, saying that the sandwich had gone inside and that he hadn't been able to see it on the security cameras outside. It's not about the 3 euros 70, but the attitude of the employees.

01/10/2026: We only had a few coffees, but the quality and service were excellent.

16/08/2026: The service was good, but the price was a bit too high: 2 crepes and 2 coffees for €28. The prices on the menu didn't match the bill. €7 for a crepe, but the size of it made me laugh. It was a crepe for a 4-year-old.

04/09/2026: Overall, a good bakery! The bread is really good and the prices are reasonable. My only slight disappointment was the pear tart, which didn't really impress me, but the rest is fine.

01/08/2026: Hello, It doesn't surprise me at all that he had to close down due to his temperament! For a boss who arrived in a Porsche Cayenne in front of his employees, he didn't even have the courtesy to say hello! He did nothing but criticize them in front of me the only day I went there, unfortunately for him! I have a message for him: respect your employees, and your employees will respect you and your premises. I would have been ashamed to arrive in a Porsche Cayenne in front of employees and not say hello, and to criticize them! Knowing that they work tirelessly to provide good bread to your customers! Disgusted, I never went back to your place until I finally saw this post! 👍🏽
