22/09/2026: A joy indeed. If you’re gluten free, this is your dream cafe. I had a delicious tarte/quiche (such divinely flaky pastry - I don’t know how they do it!) and had to get several sweet treats for the road because I was just so impressed.
The fact that it’s connected to a yoga studio made this spot all the more special for me. If I lived in Montpelier, I’d be here daily! ❤️

03/09/2026: With smiles on their faces, the staff welcomed us and guided us through a discovery of new flavors (for us, at least). We truly embarked on a culinary journey. The staff's friendliness was truly delightful. We look forward to returning soon to try the rest of the menu.

20/08/2026: Loved it. Great food, loved their speciality traditional menu. We were a group of five and got to taste many of the menu items, from escargot to crispy goat cheese salad. Main courses included a perfect steak, sausage, aubergine parmigana. Great desserts, chocolate with soft fondant inside and parlined nuts and apricot clafoutis. Good and reasonably priced regional wines and a good cocktail to start.
Nice location in the old town, on a smaller quiet side street.
17/08/2026: A belated review following a dinner almost a year ago. Very fond memories of this establishment, both of the refined cuisine and the attentive service (we arrived without a reservation, and they arranged a table for us for 2 hours).

03/09/2026: We had a fantastic late afternoon and a great evening here! The atmosphere is really friendly, the service is top-notch, and the staff are lovely and always smiling. One small detail I thought was really nice: each table has a country's flag instead of a number, and to ask for the bill, you just say the name of the country. I thought it was really original and fun! I'll definitely be back. If you're ever in Montpellier, it's definitely worth stopping by for a drink!

16/09/2026: The restaurant is pleasant, but the same old problem persists with order processing and preparation.
Even outside of peak hours, it seems the staff is already overwhelmed with the low volume of orders.
Otherwise, the food was good. The only thing missing is a closed restroom.
14/09/2026: Unfortunately, the manager displayed a very rigid attitude. Despite providing numerous documents proving my student status (timetable, contract, transcripts, etc.), he refused to accept them, insisting that a student ID card was absolutely required.
I find it regrettable to adopt such a robotic approach instead of demonstrating a modicum of understanding and flexibility in what is clearly a legitimate situation.

10/07/2026: We ate there and spent the whole evening with friends, but apparently, the owner and his employees didn't consider us good enough customers (suckers) to be entitled to a carafe of water. Brilliant, especially during this heatwave!
The waiter told us the carafe of water was difficult to return, but if we paid for a bottle of water, he could make the effort, right?
We asked several times, and were met with refusals.
They really think we're Americans.

28/10/2025: Purchase made in store in Montpellier on 04/10. Out of 5 Scuro capsules, 3 are unreadable by my machine. The QR code is not recognized by my machine. This isn't the first time this has happened. Considering the price of the capsules and Nespresso's image, this is disappointing. I threw away 3 unusable capsules.
26/10/2025: We were greeted by Vincent, a fantastic barista! We tried pistachio, vanilla, and coconut milk coffees! 😋 😋 The staff were welcoming and very patient! Thank you!

10/09/2026: My partner and I went to eat there one evening for his birthday. One thing to say: it was PERFECT.
The food was incredibly high quality, the meat was perfect and beautifully presented before cooking, and the service was top-notch. Our waitress was incredibly kind and attentive, and she even offered us a small digestif to celebrate. We will definitely be back!

17/09/2026: We went there yesterday at noon (September 16th) to eat before a movie with my daughter, who is in a wheelchair following recent surgery.
I wanted to thank the manager who greeted us, found us a table, and the two employees who served the meals.
I have rarely seen such kindness.
We were served quickly, and the food was delicious.
I hope they have the opportunity to read my short note.

15/08/2026: A really nice restaurant! The food arrived quickly and perfectly met our expectations 🙂. A very warm welcome from the waiter, who had a great sense of humor and even offered us a shot of infused rum before we left! I highly recommend it!
15/08/2026: One of the view place where the menu is a bit different from Burger and other rubbish.. side dishes are actually side with a bit a vegetables, mash. A nice change from just french fries !!! Perfect lamb you could cut with your folks. Nice truffle flavored pasta with burrata. Decent choice of local wine by carafe. Worth a visit!!!
