Catouna, the stay was very pleasant. This residence is perfectly located in the center of Montpellier, and offers a very beautiful garden, as well as beautiful greenery. Patrick and Jean are very warm owners. I recommend this place for anyone wishing to discover the city of Montpellier.
07/06/2024: Many passages, mainly young people whose respect for others seems close to zero. Wild parties outside until 4 a.m. on average. No, it's not a haven of peace.

17/05/2024: After making casi, all the naans of Montpellier. I guarantee you that this one is the best! Finally some naan bread with lots of cheese😍! Good meat! Good prices. Top notch service. But really the naans are a marvel there. If I pass by I have to have a naan there. I highly recommend it with my eyes closed.
10/05/2024: For now, I think it's the best tacos in Montpellier, the tacos are good and not very expensive, free hot mint tea, clean place, go for it!!!

18/07/2024: A huge joke. The waiter puts my panini in the grill then disappears. Time passes and the time for my train gets closer. When the waiter reappears, obviously the panini is burnt. He wants to start another one, but I don't want to take the risk of missing my train and asks for a refund. And then he disappears again, and returns 5 minutes later with change, barely seeming bothered by the situation. Go on your way, there is what you need elsewhere in the station.
04/06/2024: I return to the store in the morning, the saleswoman sees me (the store was almost empty, two people seated, and one who was doing this is talking with the baker in question), I wait for my turn, in the meantime another customer enters, this last one is served before me, and for no reason! Total lack of professionalism! To avoid !

26/09/2024: Order placed on the website at 7:13 p.m. for immediate delivery, delivery made at 10:01 p.m., this is unacceptable! The pizza arrived almost cold so I had to reheat it. It was also very poorly made. Already on the 25cm diameter of the pizza, there is approximately 6cm of crust plus 2-3cm of surface without any ingredient apart from the sauce so you have approximately half of the surface of the pizza without ingredients, and the crust is not not good. The few ingredients arranged are concentrated in the center of the pizza. Beef meatballs and dried mushrooms. Tiny dose of ham and bacon. No seasoning. The taste was very average. In short, this establishment is a pure scam that I invite you all to avoid!

28/09/2024: Staff, very unpleasant, speak badly to their customers. I came to order ice cream with my pregnant cousin and my boyfriend. my cousin not having enough money, I took an ice cream that I planned to share with her and my boyfriend also had an ice cream. so we headed upstairs to be able to settle in warm
An employee came to confront us, telling us that there were only two ice creams so only two people could go upstairs, we tried to negotiate, but to no avail he stood in front of my friend , he told her
“stop acting like you’re not happy, you’re going home”
I am extremely disappointed to see the staff react like this to their customers. the security guard did not intervene and therefore made us leave the McDonald’s.
27/09/2024: The staff is really unpleasant, the manager allows himself to speak badly to customers, he insults them and respects no one, this McDonald's should really be avoided, choose the one at the station which is 5 minutes from this one.

Well, I'm trying to have McDonald's delivered to the Royal Hotel, which can be done in a minute and a half maximum!
I have the Uber eats delivery man FAYCAL, who withdraws directly upon arriving at McDonald's after 2 minutes of waiting after this sub individual to be urgently re-educated.
I also have Abdelouasel who accepts my delivery on the application, and the guy goes to the other side of town after passing the McDonald's, there I send him a message to find out why he goes so far, and the delivery man cancels my order.
The third, whose identity I will not reveal because he agreed to do his job, ended up turning me in but still tried to cover for his colleagues.
So it took me three delivery men to deliver McDonald's to the Royal Hotel, it's not at all serious, we're on the same street... And it's not a big street. So Uber eats, it's becoming a real problem, and this McDonald's here I swear, I remain polite!!!!! Woohoo!!!
Don't expect a tip from me on Uber eats eh...
02/09/2024: The staff not at all welcoming, neither hello nor goodbye. The girl at the cash register gasps when I ask her for a towel. Plus I waited 15 minutes for just a simple menu. At 8 p.m. in the middle of a rush, no one is motivated to go faster in the kitchen, they prefer to chat when we come to a basic fast food restaurant. I see that most of your Google reviews are negative, perhaps you should ask the right questions when it comes to managing your team. And no need to have an apologetic response when I see your short answers from other people who are full like me. It’s not me who needs to say a few things, but rather your employees.
