12/05/2024: Come Sunday 7:15 p.m., for a take-out order, the team puts all their good will into it, it shows.
Several problems encountered:
- the first 30min for 3 menus including 1 child.
- the second a poorly closed glass which leaked into the bag
- the third once arrived is missing the tenders from the children's menu in the order.
- fourth 15min after the meal, the little one vomited the whole meal, the problem was the corn which must have been a problem, even having consumed it I also had stomach pains.
I hope it doesn't go any further for the 3 year old
Frankly a big disappointment and a big worry.

04/04/2024: Excellent meal, the dishes were copious, well prepared and presented. The meats are also successful (whole duck breast and lamb shank). The service was quick and pleasant. The dessert also met our expectations and was worth the price.

08/05/2024: Come to eat there on a Wednesday evening around 7:15 p.m. The place is pretty (modern) and we were served very quickly. But when it comes to cleanliness, you really couldn't do better!! Tables with crumbs, in the toilets the overflowing paper bin, no soap... The floor outside (under the tables) super dirty hasn't seen a broom in a long time. All this while the McDonald's was far from full. And the fries served on site in a cardboard container although it seems to me that this is now prohibited.
04/05/2024: Being treated like a big rat by the staff when you ask to refill the large fries you ordered because the packet of fries is half full.... But that's not my worst experience there, at the drive-thru missing the burger, the fries still not filled and the mcflurry which is overflowing with caramel all over the pot with the ice cream flowing.
The worst McDonald's in Montpellier.
It seems to me that he was my manager, and then when someone calls me a big rat I don't necessarily want to go back there or talk to a manager

31/03/2024: Very disappointed to see that the McDonald's is supposed to be open until six o'clock and that when I arrive at 4:40 a.m. it is closed. I find it scandalous, being starved of my evening, I cannot feast on a good 280. This is very disappointed, so I'm going to compete.
31/03/2024: So I come here all the time and myself, having already worked at McDonald's, I know that customers can add items to the drive even at the time of payment so we simply wanted to add a box of 20 nuggets and we were clearly sent for a walk. saying that it was impossible to add a box of 20 to us anyway….. ridiculous this lack of commercial sense better work elsewhere ma'am!

10/05/2024: I wanted to eat ice cream before getting on the train, so I went in. The ice cream cone was so delicious, and the station monitor also guided me.
10/05/2024: Not at all peaceful on site.
A little girl under 10, then a teenager AND a girl separately ask me for money to eat.
The staff didn't move even though I was on the ground floor in front of the terminals to order and I must have gotten very angry!!!!
Incompetence of the service, I won't come back
