28/03/2026: A friendly welcome with a beautiful view of Bourgoin. The setting is lovely, and the tartiflette and Swiss fondue were really good.

28/03/2026: A very good experience at Le Chalet de l’Esplanade restaurant. I had a raclette and Beaufort cheese burger, and my boyfriend had a wild garlic matouille: the dishes were generous and delicious. You can tell the ingredients are high quality and the cooking is hearty. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, I highly recommend it!

25/03/2026: My order wasn't processed due to a malfunction at the kiosk, and I was forced to queue for another 20 minutes on a busy day because the manager refused to reorder at the counter.
Then, when the order finally arrived, the sauces were missing. The manager walked past our table, and I called her over to ask about them. She very coldly told me to go to the counter.
Fortunately, the staff who served us were lovely and raised the overall level of service in this restaurant.
18/03/2026: Chicken nuggets in the veggie section!!! Wrong drink, no sauces, and the wrap wasn't veggie either. Avoid at all costs!!!!

A baguette = 1€ I ask for two +1/2 which should logically make me 2€50
Well not at all for the cuddly bread you pay 1€ per baguette but 55 cents per half
Amazing, I wish the manager would tell me why
Well the answer leaves you speechless because it is so stupid.
Purchase the baguette at the price that suits you, since that day I have taken my bread from the bakery at Jean's
Who, unlike you, makes delicious bread
