29/07/2026: Very cozy and friendly staff. Good croissant and matcha.

28/07/2026: Two tables were occupied, but I waited briefly with other guests at the "To be seated" sign. After the server ignored us and instead brought the order to one of the two occupied tables, I took the liberty of sitting down at one of the other 20 free tables. At that point, I was told that I should please wait at the entrance. With all due respect, this is absolutely ridiculous. We left. Please reconsider this absurd and customer-unfriendly procedure.

17/07/2026: The meal was very good and seasonal. However, there was a bit of a wait between each course.

04/07/2026: Excellent restaurant. We come regularly for lunch during the week. Impeccable, attentive service. Excellent and very inventive gourmet cuisine at a very affordable lunch price. Absolutely nothing to complain about. Thank you so much for this lovely establishment in Nort-sur-Erdre.

19/08/2026: It's a shame we can't give zero stars. The waiter was unbearable, not at all friendly, and even breathed in our faces when we asked for service. He belittled his customers loudly and publicly. I'm talking about the older gentleman with graying hair who greets customers. Especially when we're friendly and pleasant customers, it's unfair and gratuitously mean. Shame on you! Go get some rest instead of mistreating your customers!

02/07/2026: Hello, I came for lunch, and for the price I paid, there wasn't much to eat. The salad was extremely light... nothing special. The fromage blanc with granola was really very good. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant for people like me who have a big appetite. The gentleman was very kind and pleasant, though. The waitress was rather cold and served me quite coldly. I would recommend this restaurant for people with a very small appetite, and I mean a very small one! I will never go back.

02/07/2026: It’s a cute and delicious brunch place that are kid friendly as well. We had Turkish eggs, granola and coffees. Everything is delicious and prepared with love. The staffs are very kind and friendly. There is a little play area with toys for the little one - very helpful for parents who need a little moment for themselves.

23/06/2026: Excellent kebab! The bread is very good, the meat too, homemade white sauce, the chef always welcomes you with a big smile in his family restaurant, and all this for the same price as elsewhere :) A real treat that's worth the trip 👍

26/05/2026: Pololo was absolutely amazing, I just finished my kebab. I'm crying, I've never eaten a kebab so hot. I was burning myself, but I couldn't wait for it to cool down. The flavors were truly at their peak. I devoured it, it was incredible. The vegetables were present but not overpowering, the meat was grilled and served in a generous portion. The fries were perfectly salted so you don't overdo it. Anyway, I'll stop there, there's too much to say. Thank you Hassan for always serving us with one of the biggest smiles in Nantes and always with kebabs that no one can ignore after tasting their deliciousness. In short, the number one kebab in Nantes! 🥙🔥

13/07/2026: I ordered a McFlurry and was very surprised by the portion size, which was extremely small. I went back to the employee who had prepared it. She insisted it was the standard size, in a rather unpleasant manner. When I explained that McFlurries usually served were significantly larger, she stood by her statement. She then offered to call a manager. While going to get him, she said to a colleague in front of me, "I'm not going to change the rules for one customer." This was an inappropriate remark, especially since I was standing right next to him. The manager gave me several contradictory explanations: he first told me the portion size met the chain's guidelines, then offered to remake the McFlurry, performing the "three turns" required by McDonald's. He also explained that the dessert looked smaller because of the new, larger packaging and because the ice cream had been compressed. However, as I was leaving, I overheard him say to the employee, "You barely did three turns." So the problem wasn't just the quantity served, but also the employee's attitude and the lack of consistency in her explanations. A disappointing experience.

24/07/2026: I was there last Friday and I really love this restaurant. I thoroughly enjoyed the eels (as good as the ones my grandmother used to cook), which are becoming increasingly difficult to find. The waitresses are friendly and have a great sense of humor. I will definitely go back.

30/05/2026: On May 30, 2026, we discovered the Anne de Bretagne restaurant. Our children had treated us to the four-course meal. It was the very first time my wife and I had ever dined at a Michelin-starred restaurant. It was a truly fabulous and delightful experience. The staff was attentive and took great pleasure in explaining the chef's menu. We will definitely be back.

25/07/2026: Everything seemed promising, but a few service mishaps slightly spoiled the experience. No gesture of goodwill was offered.

14/07/2026: Reserved for 10 PM at 9 AM. It took 30 minutes for a server to come and take our order. We waited an hour for our food. We heard they were overwhelmed (later we learned there had been a 2-hour power outage), with only 2 servers for a full dining room and terrace. But instead of politely informing people that service was complicated and might be slow, they just kept cleaning up and welcoming new customers. The service was appalling; the table that arrived much later was served well before us. The food was extremely poor. We ordered a medium-rare ribeye steak, and after an hour's wait, it was cooked rare. Not wanting to wait another 30 minutes, we ate it as is. The pizza dough looked like wraps, and it was served cold. It was impossible to get the attention of the servers; I had to get up and ask for salt myself. There were no more pizza boxes for takeout. The server who separated the vegetable and meat pizzas was a very kind gesture! While the shared appetizer platter was decent, it didn't make up for the rest of the meal.

09/08/2026: It's 8:40 PM on Sunday, August 9, 2026, and the restaurant is closed! Even though the app says it's open! There's no sign downstairs to indicate it's closed…

10/07/2026: A great restaurant in a shopping mall, convenient and friendly. The dining room is pleasant and understated, not too crowded 😁 and not too noisy. And the daily special was excellent 👍. I recommend it 👍
