22/09/2024: We leave disappointed...we had reserved for 2 and the small table allocated to us was the one in the entrance wedged between the toilets, the bar and the front door...a lot of comings and goings and we had better known as a place for a romantic lunch... then, the pancakes and pancakes are, certainly, well filled but lack cooking and that little extra that makes you tempted by a 2nd batch... well, the service, without being unpleasant, is a little hasty, we feel the staff tired or annoyed, speed in short "don't heat them up!"....We leave without necessarily wanting to come back.

06/07/2025: We only had a coffee, but the welcome was very warm. We arrived at the very beginning of the service, to shelter from the rain and warm up with a simple coffee, but despite everything, we were well received.

15/09/2024: Nous sommes parti après 20 mn d'attente sans qu'aucun serveur ne vienne prendre notre commande. Ce n'est pas la 1ère fois que cela nous arrive dans ce lieu, on dirait qu'ils ne veulent pas travailler... ils vont et viennent, débarrassent une table repartent et vous laissent poireauter. Inefficacité totale, un service "assuré" par des incompétents. Si vous avez la chance d'être servi après de longues minutes, attendez vous à attendre autant pour l'encaissement. 0 pointé, pas pire service sur la côte de Jade...

04/09/2024: A fuir, vous verriez votre temps comme nous!! C'est inadmissible, nous y sommes arrivés à 20h50 le 4 septembre, il a fallu 10 minutes pour que le serveur arrive pour nous dire qu'ils ne servaient plus car ils fermaient à 21h30, on leur a dis que nous venions juste pour une boisson et que nous serions parti avant, ils refusent de nous servir!! Soit disant ils auraient déjà nettoyer les machines et ils ne pourraient plus les mettre en marche, alors qu'il y a encore plusieurs tables toujours présentes... La veille nous sommes allés manger à la Villa Noë qui la même boîte, et nous avons bien vu qu'ils servaient bien après 22h que soit des boissons mais aussi de la nourriture !! Nous sommes très déçu et on ne risques pas d'y retourner ! N'y allez pas, c'est vraiment que des personnes qui ne veulent pas travailler, 40min avant la fermeture du service!!!

02/08/2024: Click n collect order... more than 40 minutes of waiting... (in full sun) even though we supposedly have an application that alerts us to our proximity... in commerce it is priority for orders especially since there weren't many people... the customers who went through the drive-thru were served much more quickly! and the cherry my sandwich is cold! This is the 2nd time I've come to this McDonald's and it will be the last! !

12/12/2025: Appalling! The restaurant manager refused my cash payment! He wouldn't accept a €100 note. Since it was the only payment method available at the time, my family and I left without eating. Thanks a lot, Mr. Manager. We obviously won't be back. 👋🏻

06/12/2025: I've had login problems for weeks. It's not recognized on the app or at the kiosk. I wrote to McDonald's, but they're just passing the buck, like telling me to reinstall the app. No one at the register can answer either. Besides leaving a negative review, I don't know what else to do. McDonald's is so frustrating. I can't wait for a more serious competitor to open in Savenay!

09/07/2025: I ordered a two-euro stuffed animal. Obviously, I hadn't checked, but it wasn't in the package. It's a steal. First time I've been to this McDonald's, and it will be the last.

07/11/2024: La meilleure boulangerie de Nantes. Le pain de campagne est incroyable. Tout est au levain. Chaque ingrédient est minutieusement choisi. La qualité est au rendez-vous sur chaque produit. Les déjeuners sont divins. Le personnel est infiniment gentil. Il y a un coin pour que les enfants jouent, une table à laver. Tout simplement l’un de mes lieux préférés à Nantes !

08/12/2025: Every time I go, my order is complete, whether I'm at the drive-thru or in the dining area, which is great.

06/12/2025: Order placed for click and collect. We arrived at the location, but there was no designated parking space. I went inside to ask, but the person couldn't answer me; they didn't even understand what I was talking about. They went to get what I assumed was the manager, who was very nice, no complaints there. We got home, and there were no sauces (not even the ones we ordered as extras), and there were mistakes in our order. Very disappointed with this McDonald's. I understand its rating better now.
