15/02/2026: We came based on word of mouth. The food was delicious, and the portions were perfect. The atmosphere was a little too noisy for us, probably due to a lack of soundproofing. The simple setting, a beautiful table in the center of the room, and a warm welcome completed this pleasant experience.

27/01/2026: A simple menu, good products! The service was just a little too slow during lunchtime, and the interior was quite quiet, so it was really pleasant. A special mention goes to the French toast, made with Bonnin brioche—it was to die for!

20/03/2026: The waiter was rather limited. He was a young, short Asian man. He wasn't courteous; he didn't say hello and lacked the same sense of hospitality as the owner.

17/03/2026: After being treated at the Forensic Medical Unit (UMJ), one of the structures within the forensic medicine service, I was given approximately 7 days of sick leave: "A deplorable experience. I was the victim of a physical assault by several customers (group violence), with two aggravating factors for these customers on the terrace... while I was on the public street in front of the establishment. I filed a complaint at the Waldeck-Rousseau police station, and due to the ongoing investigation, I cannot publish the full report at this time, but the procedure has begun. In this case, the penalties are severe... Security and customer control are completely inadequate."

17/12/2024: I had a really cute experience yesterday the one taking my order had a hard time understanding my name at first but she kindly apologized and when I got my hot chocolate, she had drawn a pretty flower drawn in below my name. So cute ☺️. I wanted to share it. ❤️

06/10/2025: A 20-minute walk from the airport or accessible by bus, this restaurant is much cheaper, it costs less than €20 for a starter, main course, dessert with a drink, and I ate very well. I had a good time, the staff is friendly, and for not staying very long, the atmosphere seemed pleasant to me.

28/03/2026: I just picked up a Happy Meal with sauce and a nugget, plus sauce, but there was NO SAUCE AT ALL! And it's not the first time this has happened; there's always something missing. You try to please your grandson, and then you're disappointed! 😡😡😡😡 Instead of rushing to make a profit, checking things is the least you could do.

13/04/2026: The place was freezing cold, drinks with ice were delivered without ice, there was a mistake in the drink service, the bacon wrap had no bacon, the fries were tasteless... in short, a disaster! I do not recommend this McDonald's

08/04/2026: I never leave reviews like this, but this is really unacceptable… I placed a click and collect order this evening (B997). I indicated my arrival via the app, but the restaurant apparently hadn't received it, even though my payment was taken and the app said it was being prepared… but that's not all. When I got home, I realized I'd paid for two Mario menus, and to my surprise, I only received one… I'm disappointed to have paid €15 plus the €2 for the item only to not receive it! I should point out that I picked up the order at 9:30 PM and it wasn't very busy… Please be more careful next time! If there will be a next time at your restaurant

09/07/2025: I ordered a two-euro stuffed animal. Obviously, I hadn't checked, but it wasn't in the package. It's a steal. First time I've been to this McDonald's, and it will be the last.

07/11/2025: Very nice store. I was alone in the store, and the sales assistant didn't even come to my aid. From across the store, she indicated it was self-service, pointing with her finger at the tongs, etc. When I got to the checkout, I had to hand over the products I'd placed in front of it. Not a smile; I really felt like I was bothering her. It's a shame to employ people who aren't suited for this job, even though they sell good products.

04/11/2025: I stopped by this shop to buy some mini Kouign Amann for my colleagues who hadn't tried them, and they were all delighted! The size of the Kouign Amann is perfect.
