30/08/2024: To begin with, the food is very good. On the other hand, the service of an arrogant waitress like 10 who makes customers feel like they are stupid and that they are bothering the lady is unacceptable...she rolled her eyes and whined. So, even though we ate very well (before canceling the dessert since after more than two hours we were still waiting to receive it)... for the sad service, we are not going to refer this restaurant.

13/09/2024: A well-placed restaurant, as it goes, overlooking Place Graslin. Pleasant and efficient server. I ate a croque-monsieur there which was nothing exceptional. On the other hand, a gourmet coffee presented on a slate which was pleasant to the eye and taste. Installed inside, the tables are quite close together. It was a little noisy at lunchtime though, it's probably a place for regulars to chat 😊 overall not an unpleasant place.

23/09/2024: The floor is greasy, the quantities of fries are shameful. I had a sandwich made haphazardly. The prices have become exorbitant for the quality/quantity/price ratio.
22/09/2024: How is so much dirt possible in a MacDonald!!! Greasy and slippery floor, trash everywhere, dirty tables and seats, control screens dripping with grease, the toilets let's not even mention it... in short a pigsty which should be checked by the health services and closed!!! Run away!!!

08/12/2025: Order placed at the drive-through today, waited over 45 minutes, the employee got my order wrong and it arrived cold. No compensation whatsoever. Avoid at all costs...

03/09/2024: Deplorable service, often very very long waits. Whether it's drive-thru or worse, click and collect.
Example today 28 min wait in click and collect (and this is not the first time). Obliged to go see them to move the order forward (after 28 minutes of waiting)
No friendliness from the team
Really chart your course and find another McDonald's

17/12/2024: You have to report the hygiene checks because this McDonald's is so dirty. We couldn't even sit down because the tables were full of grease. A burger made haphazardly and into mush (I should have taken a photo). Half of the order was missing... unsanitary toilet, blocked and does not lock. If we don't get sick, we'll be lucky.

15/09/2024: 45min / 1 hour of waiting to get an order that was ultimately cold with format errors for the drinks in addition. Never seen before, the bags were piling up with staff who don't care about the customers as a bonus. Avoid!!!

01/09/2024: HORRIBLE SERVICE. The manager was rude to us and told us to get out or order because people are waiting when there were tables available. They have no vegan options for food or milk. Don’t go here.
01/09/2024: We went with a group for a brunch and not only were they very unpleasant, but when we were trying to order Vegan food, which was almost impossible, the manager came to our table, very rudely.
Form, asking us to finish ordering now.
An overwhelming atmosphere, a lot of people, 0 ventilation, no air conditioning or a single fan, recommendation 0… Very very poor not only in the service, but also in price and food.

15/08/2024: Cadre merveilleux. Intérieur impeccable, cosy, belle déco (qui fait chic). Personnel très gentil. C'est un restaurant qui fiat gastronomique. Donc le seul défaut, comme tous les gastronomiques, est qu'il y a peu de quantité dans les assiettes, donc nous avons encore faim en sortant. Pain servi en quantité sans avoir ademander (ce qui devient rare dans les restos. Carafe d'eau idem mise directement. Mais la qualité des plats est là. Plat pris : brochette onglet de bœuf, Gratin de pommes de terres et pommes de terres Marius. Délicieux. Viande bien cuite, tendre. Sauce très bonne. Dessert : Finger framboise, croustillant framboise. Succulent. Mais trop petit. J'avoue les tarifs restent chers pour les quantités. Mention speciale, au personnel très souriant, gentil. Limite, c'est même trop on doit leur imposer un service impeccable avec les client (on vous parle et vous sert comme le font le personnel avec les riches, en précisant les plats). Nous qui sommes de simples ouvriers, c'était limite gênant. Nous avons pris en sortant des gaufres, tellement nous avions encore faim. Résumé : restaurant très bien pour y manger dans un cadre où vous voulez épater les personnes (dîners amoureux, déjeuners d'affaires, où vous faire plaisir). A fiare à titre exceptionnel vu les prix. Mais si vous aimez la simplicité, aller régulièrement au resto. ce sera un peu trop.
13/08/2024: Très bonne table et service pro. Cadre très art déco. Il existe un menu à 20 euros qui est très bien pour le midi . Reviendrons sans l’ombre d’un doute . À recommander vivement.

I am lucky enough to be able to eat in different restaurants very regularly due to my job and I must admit that the Auberge des Marais offers always excellent, quality cuisine full of surprises. As for the service, our two professionals are excellent. kindness, always in a good mood and full of kindness. Go there with your eyes closed.
