29/03/2024: I think there is no manager in this restaurant, or else he or she should be more than ashamed.
Didn't anyone teach you how to look at reviews on the internet? basically, there are thousands of reviews saying the same thing, the same things which are nevertheless blatant, and then you never look around your restaurant? Have you ever thought about going to the toilet for example? Do you think they are clean?
Hundreds of comments WITH additional photos, the shame... so I think you are aware of all this, but obviously you are not doing what is necessary to fix the situation.
I think we've all eaten at McDonald's many times in several places in France, but I think we can all agree that this is by far the worst McDonald's we've ever been to.
We sit at a table, our arms are almost glued to the table because it sticks so much because it's not cleaned, the floor the same, we generally have to clean our table ourselves.
You are losing a lot of customers and it is totally deserved, meanwhile, Burger King has set up shop near Leclerct, and they have obviously understood the basics of fast food.
The choice is no longer even thought about, take their example from them.
24/03/2024: So nothing special to say apart from the packaging of the mc do croque which we have to pay for but not eat because the paper remains stuck to it

Leclerc in Sézanne, unfortunately to flee, why? Well I don’t think they know the word HYGIENE in this store.
During the work the dust caused not enough or no protection at all while the workers were cutting the tiles, dust which was everywhere meat, bread, cheese etc. even now you find bottles of wine or champagne full of dust so never cleaned
03/04/2024: Unpleasant smell inside. The first day there was a smell of rotten meat. On the second day of stale milk. I was pleased with the prices for bread. The rest is all too expensive and bad.

02/04/2024: The reception staff were very friendly and the foyer was well maintained. There is a water dispenser where you can fill your bottle for free.
The corridors to the rooms are in need of renovation.
The room was simple but okay. The bathroom was unfortunately very old and dirty. Lots of plastic, it looks cheap and uninviting.
Unfortunately there were neither cups nor glasses in the room. Just a few plastic cups that looked like they had been used before.
The city center can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes.

24/03/2024: If you don't come across anyone in a shirt with a sleeveless down jacket, you haven't arrived at Le Clos yet.
You just have to follow the bobos of Reims to get there.
So flee, disbeliever, if you don't like the worthless bourgeois people of Reims.
Champagne served in wine glasses because supposedly "champagne is wine" yes I agree, in China the argument is valid, not in Reims where champagne flows from the tap.
Given the price of glass make an effort or I don't know, for example give another VALID argument typically "our taros are high but our customers are our p**** anyway they will pay"
Come on, I'm going to the bar across the street, peace.
23/03/2024: The reputation is well established but since the opening of the dancing room at the back and the programming of comedians and singers a good dynamic has emerged and it is very nice in addition to the service that was already provided.

The burgers are generously garnished, the cooking is perfect, everything is very hot, the fries are crispy as they should be everywhere. Smiling and pleasant staff. We must take this establishment as a model in the region!
