03/04/2024: What was our surprise to see people come with a dog next to our table without asking our opinion even though we were eating. The dog that barks and climbs on the chairs, I find that average. Frankly, there are limits to good manners. I don't find it hygienic and it's very disturbing.
Unacceptable to see dogs in a restaurant.

01/04/2024: Easter Monday, 30 minutes of waiting at the drive-thru to be told I understand the car in front of us which took off in a hurry. The manager must review these schedules, it doesn't work there.
We will have the answer, boats will pass on your dissatisfaction to the whole team, hoping to see you again......
A chain with a serious lack of self-control, proof that other KFCs know how to manage the gray flow of customers very well...

02/04/2024: I'm not the type to leave a review but I had to! I came to eat last night. Food poisoning result. Horrible night throwing up what I ate at your place! I was bedridden and had to cancel my stay in Lyon. Conclusion I do not recommend this fast food to anyone.

31/03/2024: A word of advice if you are at the drive-thru, check your order!! Each time something is missing...very often it's the sauces! You ask for cheddar bacon fries you receive cheddar without bacon...you ask for the drink with galcon you receive it without...the Caudry drive is really deplorable, I was fooled several times by trusting problem that I don't I'm not on Cambrai.

04/04/2024: Closing at 12:00 a.m. but restaurant and drive closed at 11:36 p.m....
03/04/2024: Very disappointed with this restaurant that I often frequent... I arrived at the drive-thru this Tuesday, April 2 at 11:23 p.m. I go to the terminal to place my order and I stay there for 5 minutes without anyone speaking to me.... Once this time has passed, a person finally decides to answer me and tells me that the restaurant is closed.... Even though I arrived before closing time.
So I want to leave and there is a queue at the payment and order collection booths. These were the people who had been able to command. So I waited 15 minutes to be able to leave the Drive empty-handed... I don't find it serious at all if the Drive was closed as they said, access to the terminal should not have taken me there be possible a stud a barrier should have been installed, I would not have lost 20 minutes for nothing...
I loved this restaurant despite the negative reviews... I'm starting to understand.
