02/04/2024: I'm not the type to leave a review but I had to! I came to eat last night. Food poisoning result. Horrible night throwing up what I ate at your place! I was bedridden and had to cancel my stay in Lyon. Conclusion I do not recommend this fast food to anyone.

A Mac Do croc which goes from 1.8 eu to now more than 3 euros!
Where is the time for the golden menu with a big mac menu and a big mac offered at 6.8 if I remember correctly!
When we see that for two people we pay 30 euros it’s really rubbish!
Especially when you eat cold hamburgers with timers still running out!!
06/04/2024: It becomes systematic for this MC Do. One of the worst in the city. Each order placed with them always has at least one missing product. It's been a while since I've been there but they haven't changed at this point.
Worse and worse...
Disorganized overworked staff.
Uber delivery man and others passing in front of everyone, jostling without embarrassment, taking the parking lot in the opposite direction and parking in the disabled spaces. Insulting you by name and pointing them out forcing you to park much further away. Practice with crutches
I know that when I go to McDonald's I don't count on quality but the last one came with food poisoning....
Run away....
There are other McDonald's in the metropolis

Besides, the cuisine is well worth a detour. Card renewed very often. Yesterday and today squab and/or abalone... on the board.

08/05/2024: Several times I want to order an ice cream at the drive-thru after 10:30 p.m., it's impossible to get one, they tell me that the machine is broken.. we all know that they just cleaned the machine.. McDonald's normally closes at 12 a.m.

06/04/2024: I often order from this McDonald's and once again, you are not able to give the right sauces and the right number, 3 potato sauces instead of 4 Chinese sauces and 1 potato sauce (thanks for my children).
You charge extra for sauces so the least you can do (given the price of the menus) is to learn the composition of your menus.

31/03/2024: Very good dishes for a reasonable price. Very good tartiflette and the fries are also super good! I'm just less of a fan of burgers because the buns are too hard. But otherwise I really recommend this restaurant. The dishes are really good quality, we eat really well. The profiteroles are excellent!

05/04/2024: For a family birthday we were welcomed very warmly and we ate very well. The stews are tasty and the portions are very generous, the desserts are also very delicious. Not to mention the adjoining park where the children were able to let off steam in complete safety.

I'm missing 2 sandwiches, the delivery man took 15 minutes to realize that he was in front of me and gave me a thought.
And since it took a long time, the meal was cold and the fries were all hard.

03/04/2024: A Mac where it is good to ALWAYS check your order, whether at the drive-thru or on site, forgetting can range from simple nuggets to forgetting the steak in the burger (be careful when you ask without onions….) , I also point out the omission of deluxe sauce, which we pay for!!! 0.30 cents for the sauce, I think it’s normal that it’s there! Especially since this sauce is not chargeable in all McDonald's, it is only here!
I also notice a rather cold restaurant manager, who (sometimes) responds to problems but whose customer contact needs to be reviewed: asks for a receipt to justify forgetting a burger during a drive-thru order 🤷 ♀️ (how do we do it??, what will the ticket justify?)
Restaurant to avoid….

06/04/2024: As usual, something is missing, in an order placed in advance... and yet another round trip. An ice cream was not put in the bag during the first pass. It was melted because it remained at the counter (instead of making another one... and not even a "sorry". Shameful!
31/03/2024: We placed an order using click & collect, we waited 30 minutes at the terminal before finally going inside the fast food restaurant and telling us that they don't have the order!
NO EXCUSE was made.
We had to wait another 30 minutes to get the new order, and the order was full of errors: water instead of ice tea, cheese burger without meat for my daughter.
Last time we come.
