25/07/2026: The food was as usual, but while sitting at the table, one is constantly harassed by beggars! Something should be done about this.
24/07/2026: A rather unpleasant experience at the McDonald's in Lille train station… One nugget was missing from the order. My son politely went to ask for it, and what a surprise: instead of simply correcting the mistake, the manager chose to laugh at him.
Apparently, counting to 6 or 9 nuggets seems to be an optional skill… and when a customer dares to point out that one is missing, the manager's "humor" kicks in.
A missing nugget, that can happen. Making fun of a child who is simply asking for what they've paid for, however, is much less professional. 🍗👏

20/07/2026: Poorly laid out, not what you expect from a McDonald's, and they don't accept ANCV Connect while other McDonald's in smaller towns do.

18/12/2023: Cet hôtel ne mérite pas 4 étoiles (ni sur sa façade ni dans ces avis). Les équipements ont vieilli, le petit-dej est très basique, et surtout ils se permettent de mener de grands travaux pendant la présence des clients et ce dès le matin. C'est un défaut de professionnalisme et de respect inadmissible pour un hôtel qui se prétend de cette gamme. L'hôtel est en transition entre Crowne et Hilton, soit, mais alors il faut le fermer le temps des travaux et assumer le manque à gagner. Je n'y retournerai pas, quelle que soit la chaîne dont il fait partie.
16/12/2023: Assez déçue de cet hôtel testé pour une nuit lors d'un déplacement professionnel...
Les + : localisation proche des gares / la literie / le petit déjeuner.
Les - : chambres vieillottes et vétustes qui méritent un bon rafraîchissement (surtout la salle de bain).
Si j'ai bien compris, l'hôtel a été racheté et devrait être rénové... ce qui est nécessaire !

Very clean restaurant.
Welcome from the warm and respectful young brunette
Homemade kebab with a very good marinade.
The sandwich is a treat with the homemade fries too.
The icing on the cake is a complimentary tea or coffee at the end…
For lovers of real kebabs, go there with your eyes closed

23/09/2024: Très désagréable envers les PMR, il faut faire la file malgré qu'il n'y a plus de 10 places assises disponibles.... une fois, mais pas 2.
25/07/2024: Après plusieurs fois le midi pour manger exclusivement la soupe maison..choix toujours difficile car parfums très originaux..quantité suffisante..sandwichs très bons et endroit agréable et simple..

08/09/2024: A well deserved 5 Stars for the Emilie & the cool kids team in Lille. The girl who looked after us spoke perfect English and was very friendly. The full story is we went there looking for French crepes (they don't serve them if you're wondering - Bagel / United States style menu); she was very friendly and made recommendations on where to go, but despite roaming around the area, we came back to Emilie's as we weren't convinced by nothing else. Staff got an extra chair and managed to seat us out as it was a sunny morning and had two great bagels. Full transparency: price/quantity ratio is a bit low, but food was good and staff fantastic, so worth it.
