04/04/2024: 1:49 p.m. onnest 4 in the restaurant...the waiters are eating and we have been waiting for 20 minutes...
30/03/2024: Passage on March 29 at 9 p.m., evening service. Fed up with going to the drive-thru and having completely cold menus!!! 4 disgusting cold menus not to mention the coke which doesn't really taste like coke!!.... It may be fast food but you are supposed to provide hot meals, your service is pitiful. Your fries and hamburgers must wait longer than expected to be cooked at this temperature. No more for me, the Dainville mcdo with teams that are not up to par and have been for years. It's the last straw.

10/03/2024: A menu that is out of the ordinary, smelts as an aperitif, a scallop carpaccio, razor clams with citrus fruits and pesto for example. The dishes are varied and sophisticated, it's a very good discovery. The staff is attentive and pleasant, the chef comes to the dining room, you feel good at Ricochet. We will definitely return.

15 minute wait for a coke...
01/04/2024: First time we couldn't order the ice cream we wanted. Second time we are served with dishes that have not even been washed, no apology or commercial gesture, this McDonald's is a horror and they don't talk about the wait while the restaurant is empty!!!!

08/05/2024: Hello, disappointed so far... Click and collect order, 1 hour wait for my order to be canceled by passing the qr code for technical problems, having to return inside to then reorder and wait again 15/ 20 min and all this while only being reimbursed within 1/2 weeks, fortunately a woman (non-manager) pointed out the fact that I had been waiting for a while and that my order was still not ready, thanks to her the order was finally made and I left with a muffin for the wait of 1h20 in total it's not much but it's still that, fortunately she was there
Thanks to her, but the click and collect service needs to be reviewed I think...too much waiting and having to wait again to be reimbursed...
04/05/2024: 4 mc Flurry ordered, at the drive-thru.
We waited 7 minutes for our ice creams.... which were already in a bag on the counter (which had had plenty of time to melt), and despite paying a caramel surcharge, noted and paid for, there was no had no extra! Very disapointed !

23/03/2024: First for us in this restaurant, well honestly go there with your eyes closed, friendly welcome, warm, really attentive to customers, I had a chicken ballotine ho laLa 😃😃 a delight, my husband had a steak he can't stop saying puree that it's good 😅😅 I tried the pistachio ice cream it seems simple but it's so rare to find this taste this real taste of pistachio ☺️ in short it will now be known to us in one of our restaurants favorites ☺️

04/04/2024: After making a call to this day this famous cocktail pub is still open at least has reopened its doors I can't wait to go back there to taste new cocktails and of course my little banana chocolate fondue and I highly recommend this place because it's really a really quiet place with two very pleasant staff, I'll tell you very quickly I recommend this place 100%
31/03/2024: The cocktails are always excellent! However relatively long wait on arrival, to order and finally to have the cocktail! Too bad, without that it would be perfect because the setting is great! However, congratulations to the staff who do their best and run everywhere, they deserve reinforcement on busy evenings!

I know you can't do anything about it but I received an email the next day to thank me for my visit.... and to leave a review so here it is.

More than limit.
I don't recommend.
