Le Nora
Clermont-Ferrand
23/09/2024: They changed cooks. And Olésia makes excellent dishes!! I love her cooking!!!
18/07/2024: To live on your achievements is to already be half dead….
The service is limited (obviously the staff would prefer to work elsewhere but remain sufficiently unpleasant with customers)
The quality is not there
Between the quantity planned for a child with an average of 13th per plate! The non-existent smile of the waitresses and the bill
…
I came back to see if my previous visit had fallen on my left foot one day.
No no
Reserved for elderly and undemanding customers
To avoid in Clermont

Le Rendez Vous des Thes
Clermont-Ferrand
03/04/2024: Passing through today, we were welcomed and advised by the manager, charming, attentive and passionate about her products. A great visit and a great meeting.
08/02/2024: This is the first time I came to this store. I had with me a sample of tea that came directly from China. I wanted to find the equivalent but despite the good advice of the saleswoman (the boss?) I only found a jasmine green tea close in terms of scent, but once infused its aroma is less interesting. However, she offered me a white tea with jasmine (price ++), but I will come back to try the latter. Very pleasant welcome, good advice and a slightly outdated setting which goes well with the product.

Klein D'alsace
Clermont-Ferrand
26/02/2024: Hello, Saturday I went down to get myself a good kougeloff like I had a few years ago at Klein d'Alsace. I asked the Mr who served me if he was the one who made them. He answered yes. What a disappointment. the kougeloff was not like the one before it was more like a pantone in taste and the texture was closer to pantone. Sold for 14€90 per kilo. The one I bought I got for 10€50.and I got it I asked if I could taste it over two or three days. He told me no as quickly as possible. A little disappointed by the lie of the waiter (boss). However, it's a business that I love for these good little dishes... next time I'll go buy a pantone somewhere else it will be just as good but it's not a kougeloff........I have photos
The kooglof was marked at 14€90 per kilo. The waiter counted it at 17€20 per kilo, what should we think.....
.see attached photos + ticket dated 02/24/2024
Following the response from Klein d'Alsace I can tell you that in previous years I tasted your kooglof it was not like the one I bought on Saturday. It was more like Pannetone than Kooglof....' 17€,20 the kooglof a little expensive..........
Thank you for your reply
23/02/2024: A few days ago, I came to do my shopping with the aim of introducing excellent sauerkraut to my evening guests. Wishing to complete the menu with a Munster, my request fell through - pun intended - when the employee refused without any complexes to serve me the cheese of my choice, claiming that it "was too far away in the window" .
Having few solutions to change the menu, and I admit, quite dazed by this reply, I still ordered my cold meats but left without cheese.
Honestly, what kind of businesswoman do you have to be to refuse to serve a customer, and without any shame, by putting forward this reason?? She didn't have a long enough arm a priori. His boss was only a few meters away, however.
Totally astonishing, unacceptable and ridiculous.
Obviously, this business will no longer have any customers because we can look for these specialties elsewhere in Clermont because Klein d'Alsace does not have the first ones.
So of course, I don't recommend, because of the saleswoman.
