09/08/2024: Ordinary cuisine, the glass of wine is served to you in the cubis behind a bar, the blue cheese sauce leaves something to be desired, the entrecôte looks like a steak, the choice of liqueur for the kir is strict (only blackcurrant), a large box empty on a pallet serves as decoration behind the window and the dust is not cleaned on the window sills (dust and dead insects), the service leaves something to be desired... All for the modest sum of more than €75 for 2 people (main course, dessert and aperitif) this type of so-called semi-gastronomic restaurant is a shame or we don't have the same requirements at all.

14/07/2024: The coffee at this roaster is very good, however I am disappointed because I went back a second time to buy very finely ground coffee for a non-pressurized filter holder but the saleswoman did not listen to me. He had a fairly specific request and ground the grain to 3 without asking me if it suited me. It seemed like she was just in a hurry for me to get through to payment, not very pleasant.

13/06/2024: The cup is filled with ice cubes so there is very little drink, I point this out and the waitress tells me that this is normal. I think it's expensive for what it is, I won't come back.

09/10/2024: If there is nothing to complain about the products purchased in store (3 platters of Auvergne charcuterie + chorizo: excellent) the price of the service is very questionable! 32 euros per tray, presented in a small wooden box. After weighing the products, the result is a weight of 300 grams of goods/tray, i.e. an average price of 100 euros per kg! ! ! while the price announced in the store is 50 euros per kg of Auvergne ham, 33 euros per kg of chorizo ​​and 30 euros per sausage. Thinking of an error in the service, we take the liberty of contacting the manager who tells us that, no, it's the price (8 euros/person for a platter supposed to be for 4!) and it can be explained by the time it takes to cut and place it in the containers! ! ! It would be good to tell the customer exactly the content of the service and not present it in a photo on a mobile phone as was the case! in short, a misunderstanding that will not bring us back!

07/10/2024: We had the pleasure of collaborating with Klein d'Alsace for our Oktoberfest-themed events, and we were delighted with their performances. The quality of the pretzels and Alsatian charcuterie platters won over our guests. Mr. Cluzel was able to perfectly meet all our expectations. Thank you for your services and your sympathy.
