15/12/2024: Restaurant that you absolutely must discover. The dishes are excellent and the service impeccable. All products are fresh with a beautiful presentation.
I would add that the pancakes served in the afternoon for young and old are delicious without forgetting the mulled wine to comfort the hikers after the tour of the lake.
04/12/2024: Perfection: pleasant but simple setting, relaxed but respectful welcome, refined but complete menu, simple but excellent products, careful cuisine but without unnecessary frills.
Thank you for allowing us to escape burgers, pizzas and other fried steaks by offering us an Auvergne that is both modern and traditional.

04/06/2024: An incredible experience. Lost in the countryside, a chef and his team perform an extraordinary magic trick for an hour. Fresh products, daring recipes, and sophisticated trompe-l'oeil. Everything is excellent. Two appetizers, starter, main course, dessert, an extraordinary cannelé with coffee, and a small chocolate cake as a gift for the road. We didn't touch the alcohol, due to the road, but the cart invites you to taste it. Thank you for this moment of pure pleasure.

04/03/2025: The “restaurant” could use a good renovation. The whole thing is a little dilapidated and not very clean. As for sandwiches, it's Subway with all its extras.
28/01/2025: I highly recommend this Subway. The staff is pleasant, the meals are generous with quality ingredients.
I don't recommend Jaude's though (a real disaster).

26/04/2026: A charming inn in a small village, perfect for a weekend getaway. We booked through a gift voucher and, despite our (very) late arrival, we were welcomed and able to have dinner at the inn's restaurant. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom was newly renovated. The generous breakfast was even offered to us free of charge since we couldn't stay the two nights originally included in the voucher. A big thank you for the warm welcome!

Really great customer service, the taste is there and we will return! We don't live far, so good to have a kebab like that near our house
04/11/2024: Food poisoning, I'm literally dying on the spot, my friends told me not to eat this kebab, I didn't listen to them and now I'm burning at 39°. I can't walk anymore, I'm really disappointed.

07/03/2026: Reading the description of the restaurant on the website, I nearly died laughing.
"Prawn salad with mandarins" as a local discovery! 😁😁 Under "local specialties," they also list risotto!! It's probably due to the movement of tectonic plates, which must have shifted and brought Italy closer to the Combrailles region... I'd also like to know which river the prawns come from and (despite global warming), where the Auvergne mandarins come from...

L’établissement est propre et l’équipe est vraiment sympa, dont celui qui doit être le gérant et qui a toujours le sourire et un mot gentil, tout en étant très efficace!
D’ailleurs ça ne désemplit pas, les clients ne s’y trompent pas, un des meilleurs spots de clermont actuellement.
05/12/2024: Cookie chocolat blanc infect ! Tout sec, on avait l'impression qu'il était en vitrine depuis 2 semaines... On a eu envie de revenir au Colombus et leur faire goûter pour qu'ils aient conscience de la qualité !
