30/03/2024: A big thank you to the whole Txotx team who were brilliant in celebrating my wife's birthday. Very simple to organize for a table of 19 people. The quality of the products is there and the atmosphere is very pleasant. Thanks again and see you soon

22/03/2024: For a long time, many people from Pau have appreciated this restaurant. The service is now too formal for this address and the cuisine has lost quality, although it seems that the chef is the same... The company meals I work for usually took place at this address, and that's over.

05/04/2024: Terrible service... The waitress forgot to send our drinks then she came back 30 minutes later to tell us "ah I didn't send the drinks". Yes indeed. Then, we waited 1 hour with our drinks before she came back to take our orders. Added to this is an extra hour for the starter and then the main course to be brought to us. We asked the same waitress for bread to eat the starter, she forgot us again. Fortunately, his colleague came towards us after several attempts on our part to attract his attention, but the entry was already over. Best of all, to conclude the meal, dessert was a half-frozen pana cotta. For a first in this restaurant, I am really disappointed.. 😒 The atmosphere with the DJ afterwards was great nonetheless. The only positive point of this evening.

31/03/2024: I ate for the first time, I am extremely disappointed. Already cold temperature where I was cold the whole meal, deplorable service, a wait of 2h30 for a meal, for a plate of charcuterie which arrived 1 hour later, not a carafe of water at the table it's at the customer was going to help himself, prime rib served with overcooked fries and no salad…… For a dessert that is supposed to be a Fontainebleau I had the impression of having a tasteless whipped cream, I have never seen that…… I strongly advise against this place….

22/03/2024: We ate this afternoon. A treat for the taste buds. Very generous plates. A more than competitive price. Always a pleasure to spend a pleasant time in this pub The chef and the server at the top!!! Thank you and see you soon .

22/01/2024: A pub where you can watch the best sporting events over a drink and/or tapas. Congratulations to Chef Julien who offers a quality brasserie menu at lunchtime and certain evenings. A++

14/03/2024: A nice restaurant on the edge of the ocean A simple map so you don't get lost (unfortunately we don't know if the products are local, that it's homemade... too bad) Efficient and welcoming staff 😃

30/04/2024: Coming from Normandy, it was our first restaurant in the south. We had a Surfing Burger and a Caesar salad. It was good 😀, pure happiness for the taste buds. I really recommend this restaurant.

31/03/2024: Simple but delicious cuisine, the cooked products are fresh and the dishes full of flavor. The team is great. Small cocooning place, very soothing decor. Remember to book as there are few tables. Saturday brunch is soooooooo!

20/03/2024: Very good location, wonderful sea view. Good breakfast. The room is clean. No shampoo or conditioner, just generic soap/shower gel/shampoo. This product is not of very good quality, it can be used as soap. There is only one small bottle of water in the room and when cleaning on the following days, water is not added.

15/03/2024: Nice welcoming staff, even better breakfast team. Breakfast was good and rich in choice, eggs and bacon could be better. Hotel located directly in front of the public pool at the beach. The team installed a baby crib upon our request in advance. The hotel itself is a bit older with a wooden floor but modernized rooms. Very small elevator, too small for a couple with a stroller at the same time. Our bathroom door was making quite some noise and unfortunately the team couldn't fix this issue during our stay nor offer another room. We had a room with a view on the street and you could hear cars and motorbikes and party people in the streets during the night.

01/04/2024: Good pastry but I won't come back, because when I see the waitress I think it's the owner of a certain age who serves you the passieries with her hands without wearing gloves or taking a spatula it's not hygienic so have this says how it is behind so be careful when you go there, I had not been to them but no, I preferred to take the pastry and throw it away in a hygiene hygiene bin. I'm laughing, I received a message from the pastry shop that the sellers disinfected their hands after each customer because the lady took a pastry and then it was my turn and she in no way disinfected her hands. So I stand by my position. thank you and goodbye

27/01/2024: Pastry shop. Excellent. Very clean store. Very well arranged. A lot of choices. Very good product. Very warm welcome....I highly recommend this Pastry. Especially their Basque cakes. Which are extra. Well done again.

29/10/2023: Sorry, I'm just disappointed. That's not my habit...starter with waterlogged porcini mushrooms. Perfect egg well made. Quail dish with beetroot and burnt bread... Special. Not all tastes are the same and I didn't like it.
