10/12/2025: We held our end-of-year party at Le Harner restaurant and it was a resounding success! A huge thank you to Xhuliana for her warm welcome and attentive service. The entire team was fantastic, with impeccable service from start to finish, and a special mention also goes to the DJ who provided the music (recommended by Le Harner). The cocktail was absolutely delicious and a hit with everyone. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves and had a wonderful time. I highly recommend Le Harner for your events or simply for a lovely evening!

12/10/2025: Nice place to have a drink on the Rhône, both for the setting and the welcome from the team. The price of the drinks is reasonable and the portion of fries for 5 euros is very, very generous and of good quality (rather rare).

13/11/2025: Absolutely shameful. My son, who is diabetic, just wanted a little something sweet, and the snack bar employee refused, claiming he wasn't the owner. Seriously?! Do you need to be the owner to have a little compassion? No respect, no humanity. We're talking about a sick child, not a whim! I hope people read this review before spending a single penny there. Avoid this snack bar at all costs; zero conscience, zero compassion.

16/01/2026: The Josephine bagel is incredible, with the lemon yogurt sauce it's amazing!
As for the staff, the young man who works at the Part-Dieu location is exceptionally kind!
I highly recommend it!
I'm a regular at places like this (I'm a cookie addict on Instagram with 37k followers), so you can trust my recommendation! 👌🏻

23/06/2025: I grabbed a croissant when I didn't need one so I could sit down for 30 minutes at a table to work while I had an appointment at another store. The waitress came to me as soon as I got my laptop out, to kick me out because I hadn't paid at the cash register "on the premises." I couldn't get a refund for the croissant, or ask to pay the difference between the cash register and the takeaway. So I left as if I'd been accused of being a thief.
No humane gesture from the waitress, no "solution" from the salesperson. He hadn't told me there were two options; that's a mistake that happens, no problem.
But on the other hand, when you work in a service industry and forget to serve people who are honest and willing to pay, that's a problem.
1/5, I will never go to any Paul's again in France or abroad. Too bad I travel a lot, so sandwiches at the station were fine.

I do not wish to be judged on my appearance when I simply bought a product from you. If you are not capable, madam, of thinking before you speak, there is no need to open your mouth for nothing. 29/12/2025: As a loyal customer of Brioche Doré on the second floor, I've noticed a blonde waitress with braids who acts like a police officer, checking if everyone is buying food. She's like a radar gun, creating conflicts and arguments with customers. She needs to be stopped; this is unacceptable in 2025. Thank you. We customers come here for peace and quiet, a break, not to be harassed by a police officer. Please resolve this situation; it's outrageous.
26/11/2025: I was very disappointed by the quality of service and order handling. After being a regular customer, this unfortunate double experience has led me to say: I will never return.
I first ordered on the ground floor: I waited five minutes for the staff to finish chatting amongst themselves before they finally deigned to take my order. The waiter made a mistake (a pain au chocolat instead of a twisted pastry) and when I pointed out the error, he rudely corrected the order without apologizing or even looking at me, immediately resuming his conversation. My "goodbye" went unanswered.
My second attempt was on the second floor: I was the only customer, and I felt like I was bothering them. The service was rather unfriendly. Then came the mistakes: I received a salmon sandwich when I had ordered a tuna one, and I had to insist twice to get my twisted pastry. The worst part is the blatant disregard for basic hygiene: I found a hair directly in the twisted pastry I was served.
Between the lack of professionalism (rudeness and inattention) and the serious hygiene issue caused by the hair found in the pastry, I prefer to keep my money. I strongly advise against this establishment.

11/09/2025: One star for the friendly staff who gave us free milk for my coffee BUT 5,50€ for my panini that had little black crunchy STONES in it, felt disgusted for the rest of my TGV ride…my friend had a piece of plastic in his quiche :-( please improve the quality of the food

Le temps d’attente 30mn alors qu’il y avait que 4 clients devant moi pour 3 personnes qui s’occupe de faire les sandwiches…
31/03/2025: J’adore l’enseigne subway c’est un de mes fast food préféré mais j’ai été CHOQUÉ par le comportement des supérieur ils mettais la pression au employés ils leurs parler comme dès chiens ,un comportement de pourritures, si vous savez pas faire votre travail ça sert à rien de vous lever tout les matins pour y aller. Je donne tout mon courages au équipier qui y travail 🫶 . Et si le directeur lis ce commentaire je te conseille de revoir ta manière de manager ton équipe parce que c’est pas humains de faire travailler des jeunes ( étudiants) dans des conditions de stresse comme ça , je voulais vous dire passer une bonne journée mais enfaite non j’espère que vous passerai une mauvaise journée
