14/02/2026: Endless waits every time, especially at the drive-thru. There were only two cars ahead of me and a wait of over 45 minutes – it's unacceptable! I saw people park in the lot, go inside, and leave before me! And it's not the first time; I wanted to try again, but no, it's always the same.

09/02/2026: We came yesterday for afternoon tea with my five-and-a-half-year-old son. The restaurant's cleanliness was very concerning: overflowing bins, filthy toilets, no soap in the restrooms, food in the sink, and all the tables were dirty. We had to ask for our table to be cleaned before we could sit down. The outdoor play equipment was in the same state as the indoors... When I asked if it could be cleaned so my child could play on it, I was told it was dirty because of the weather and that "it's not the right season"... I simply pointed out that there's no season for a child to play on outdoor play equipment. In response, we were handed a mop, with the explanation of staff shortages. Yet, six people were present, including one who was smoking at the entrance, without moving far from the fast-food restaurant's access doors, before entering the kitchen in civilian clothes, without appropriate attire... I have never seen such a dirty establishment or such a lack of professionalism. A very disappointing experience, especially with a child...
