Today, June 28, 2026, at 1:10 PM, I waited 15 minutes at the drive-thru. Not a hello, not a sound. I went to the counter, everyone in the kitchen saw me, but no one at the drive-thru. I waited another 10 minutes. I remind you, it was 34 degrees Celsius (93 degrees Fahrenheit). So I decided to go to the inside counter, and the young woman there told me, "Well, I can't hear anything in my headphones, and I come back every 30 minutes to check if anyone's there." No apology, nothing. Is that normal? And I had activated my card for the drive-thru, so I asked to deactivate it for my order at the kiosk. Well, no, they can't do anything. In fact, they don't want to do anything and aren't there for their customers. Not one person came to apologize, not one said hello. I wonder how this fast food place is still in business.

15/05/2026: SERIOUSLY: I went there on Wednesday, May 13th at noon with my husband and two young children. It wasn't very busy, the service was quick, no complaints there. Around 12:45 pm, the place became crowded. The manager (I assume), feeling overwhelmed, decided to lock the restaurant from the inside with everyone inside so that no one else could get in. I am OUTRAGED. Has she already forgotten the tragedy in Crans-Montana??? I will never set foot in that place again.
14/05/2026: Thinking it would be faster, I ate in the dining room instead of using the drive-thru. Bad idea. All the drive-thru orders after mine were served before mine, even though I'd been waiting for 20 minutes with my number. No apology whatsoever. The manager was calmly enjoying his meal while my order was ahead of mine. I was the only one in the dining room, and it was outside of peak hours... 2:15 PM. The result was a 30-minute wait for my meal, and it wasn't even hot. This isn't fast food at this level.

18/08/2024: Auf einem großen Platz mit Wasserspielen vor einem historischen Gebäude präsentierte sich dieses Restaurant mit der Außenbestuhlung. Im Inneren sah es etwas chaotisch, unsauber und renovierungsbedürftig aus.
Die Bedienung war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Vorspeisen, pochierte Eier mit Käse- oder Champignonssauce (en meurette) waren lauwarm. Anstelle der Pferdesteak mit Pommes und Salat erhielten wir Pferdehack mit einem Ei überzogen. Der Inhalt des Hackfleisches gibt allerdings noch Rätzel auf. Es war nicht unsere Auswahl und die Qualität nicht überzeugend. Die Salatblätter hatten angefaulte Ränder und waren welk.
Da andere Restaurant nicht geöffnet oder bereits komplett belegt waren, mußten wir auf dieses ausweichen. Es war eine Notlösung und nicht zu empfehlen.

Résultats : des burger immangeable tellement cuits, des sauces oubliées, une arrogance des employés.
Bref tout est dit.
22/06/2024: Interminable!!! La préparatrice de commandes prend son tps en discutant avec une copine qui pensait certainement être au bar avec sa pote. Au bout de 15min, nous sommes partir sans manger. Une honte, aucun professionnalisme. N’y retournerait jamais.
