26/07/2026: Very disappointing. We ordered an Adana kebab, but the dish served bore no resemblance to a real Adana kebab. The taste, the spices, and the cooking were all off. We were expecting an authentic Turkish specialty, but we were very disappointed. I do not recommend this restaurant if you are looking for a true Adana kebab.
13/06/2026: Restaurant located on the quayside, the only slight drawback is the nearby road being a bit noisy. The welcome is very friendly, the portions are generous, with delicious Turkish specialties, and the service is quick and efficient.

01/09/2026: Arrived today around 4pm for an afternoon snack, no ice cream, no macarons, no pastries at all. Given the temperatures, it's disappointing for a chain like this to have nothing for an "afternoon snack".

13/08/2026: We've been to the drive-through several times, and unfortunately, there are almost always omissions or errors in our orders, sometimes even several at once.
The day before yesterday, we couldn't reach you by phone. We hadn't received the correct order, so my partner had to go back to the store to sort it out. And even then, when we got home, we found there was yet another mistake in the order!
Honestly, there's almost never a time when our order is complete and correct at the drive-through. I can certainly understand that mistakes happen, but when it's a recurring problem, and especially when there are two errors in the same order, it becomes really frustrating.
We come to you with complete confidence, but this is becoming very disappointing and clearly gives us the impression that orders aren't properly checked before being handed out to customers.
I sincerely hope that you'll make an effort to improve this, because this situation happens far too often.

22/08/2026: The McDonald's in Chalon-sur-Saône has no respect. They refuse service to Black and Arab customers because they have the influence of disruptive youths in the restaurant and their reasoning. Refusing to accept an order is pathetic and shows a complete lack of respect; some people have no shame.

The welcome is simply remarkable: warm, natural, as if you were arriving at a friend's house. As for the service, it is attentive, elegant, and perfectly executed.
In a world where everything moves so fast, this establishment reminds us that with good ingredients, heart, and authenticity, it's still possible to create truly wonderful experiences.

18/08/2024: Auf einem großen Platz mit Wasserspielen vor einem historischen Gebäude präsentierte sich dieses Restaurant mit der Außenbestuhlung. Im Inneren sah es etwas chaotisch, unsauber und renovierungsbedürftig aus.
Die Bedienung war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Vorspeisen, pochierte Eier mit Käse- oder Champignonssauce (en meurette) waren lauwarm. Anstelle der Pferdesteak mit Pommes und Salat erhielten wir Pferdehack mit einem Ei überzogen. Der Inhalt des Hackfleisches gibt allerdings noch Rätzel auf. Es war nicht unsere Auswahl und die Qualität nicht überzeugend. Die Salatblätter hatten angefaulte Ränder und waren welk.
Da andere Restaurant nicht geöffnet oder bereits komplett belegt waren, mußten wir auf dieses ausweichen. Es war eine Notlösung und nicht zu empfehlen.

There are some places you love to return to, and this is one of them. I'm currently enjoying the Bahia white tea, a delight. Thank you for introducing me to the Rose-Lychee tea, a marvel, pure poetry... A must-visit in Paray-le-Monial that I highly recommend. See you soon.

18/07/2024: A Fuire, une équipe dans son trip, aucune disponibilité pour le client.
Résultats : des burger immangeable tellement cuits, des sauces oubliées, une arrogance des employés.
Bref tout est dit.
22/06/2024: Interminable!!! La préparatrice de commandes prend son tps en discutant avec une copine qui pensait certainement être au bar avec sa pote. Au bout de 15min, nous sommes partir sans manger. Une honte, aucun professionnalisme. N’y retournerait jamais.
