11/12/2025: Dry meat, nothing inside, cold, four fries barely crammed into a measly crepe. I absolutely do not recommend it. Disgusting. In short, I recommend the Bosphorus.

10/12/2025: Really disappointed, I wanted to give it zero stars but that's not possible! In a hurry, and seeing how few people were there, I was hesitant, but I still ordered a takeaway kebab. It cost 8 euros for a small sandwich (without fries or a drink), very sparsely filled, with absolutely no flavor, practically no toppings. I won't be going back anytime soon!

09/12/2025: Getting worse and worse... I had to call to get someone to take my order at the drive-thru... same for order preparation... but the work atmosphere is great... all snickering and snickering... maybe they could do both at the same time, snicker and work???

09/12/2025: Unfortunately, only one star because the service is very slow, and this isn't a one-off; the wait is a recurring issue. Isn't this supposed to be a fast food place? The worst part was 20 minutes for two ice creams, even though there was only one other person ahead of us... Sometimes the sandwiches are cold, and the cheese isn't even melted... The price of a meal is significant, so it should at least be served properly and hot. I see that in three years, things haven't changed much; the sandwiches are still cold! Furthermore, hairnets wouldn't be a bad idea! And masks too, because recently at the drive-thru, an employee coughed several times while preparing my order, right over my bags, and then continued coughing into her hands, which she then used to finish preparing the order. It's not hygienic at all, and it doesn't make me want to come back!

15/09/2024: Waiting 45 minutes to be served is unacceptable, this McDonald's should close. Staff not at all competent.

26/01/2026: Hello, I don't think the manager is there on Mondays? It's a complete mess in the kitchen; a girl threw a ball of paper right in a waiter's face (who was working)... probably just playing, except we're not in a playground. You won't be seeing me again. Apart from the waiter who served us, who was great, the rest is best forgotten...

15/01/2026: The waitresses are very friendly and generous with the chocolate in the sundae, the service is excellent, and as for the food, it's McDonald's: simple, quick, and efficient.
