05/09/2026: It's always a real pleasure to dine at Querelle. The unique decor transports you to another world. The staff are knowledgeable about the ingredients in their dishes and can tell you the story behind the wines they recommend.
The dishes are flavorful, original, and made with fresh, high-quality ingredients.
So if you want to have a wonderful evening and unwind, you know what to do... go to Querelle, whether as a couple or with friends.
And since it's a well-known restaurant in Amiens, it's best to make a reservation.
20/08/2026: With its unique and unusual design, warm atmosphere, and delicious food, this is one of those local places you absolutely have to visit.
The staff were so attentive and kind.
I chose based on their recommendations and I was really pleased.
Highly recommend!

Two boxes.
No dip sauce in the dip box, which is a real shame. The burger looked nothing like the pictures and had no toppings.
"Loaded Crisps Cuts" in another box, but without the "loaded" part. Why?
The Vice City burger was a complete mess, way overcooked, no sauce, the cheddar was practically invisible, the bun was stale—in short, it was a disaster. It looked like the burger was cooked with the bun still frozen.
Considering the price of the boxes, I find this completely unacceptable.
€60 down the drain.

05/10/2026: I ordered a soda: Pepsi Max. They brought me a glass. The contents were flat, no carbonation. Be aware that it is strictly forbidden to serve a drink by the glass without having brought the bottle. The bottle must be presented and opened in front of the customer. The café owner failed to comply with this requirement. I do not recommend this place.

13/10/2026: I was so excited to try their American-style sandwiches (mitraillette for those in the know) at Nicolas' chip shop because apparently it's the only place that makes them, but I was very disappointed. Not only was it expensive, but they only made me a sandwich with fries and fricadelle (a type of sausage), lots of sauces, AND THAT'S IT. There were no vegetables, and I ended up throwing it in the bin because I had absolutely no appetite for it. Aside from that, the fries were decent, although when I got there I noticed the sauces were a bit darker because of the heat.
02/10/2026: Extremely dry chicken, oily fries. Staff handling the food with their bare hands. A wait of over 15 minutes only to have my child's meal forgotten.

13/09/2026: A pleasant atmosphere on the banks of the Somme, but what a surprise when the bill arrived and I had to pay €6 for a ridiculously small portion of fries. The waitress had "kindly" offered to upgrade my starter to a main course by adding fries. This was done without telling me the price, and no gesture of goodwill was offered at the end (apart from a timid "Is that alright?"). The restaurant isn't bad, but the interaction was deeply dishonest. A shame, I would have gladly returned...

16/10/2026: How shameful to treat customers like this!
Since the steak and cheese changed its recipe, there's apparently a lot more water in it, which is very unpleasant when it soaks the bread and makes it soggy from all the meat juices… Anyway, being a regular, I asked the employee if he could put the meat in so it wasn't touching the juices swimming in the container, explaining that it was impossible to eat something swimming in juices! He then replied in the most authoritative tone that it wasn't his problem, that he couldn't do anything (even though if he'd just taken the meat from the side instead of the bottom, even if there was less of it, no problem, I understand!). But no, he wouldn't listen and gave me a big gesture with his arm to tell me to get lost! I've never had this kind of problem in any other business, frankly, it's shameful to treat people like that!

04/08/2026: I ordered a non-alcoholic beer. I was served a lemonade with sugar and lemon juice. The waiter claimed it was a non-alcoholic beer because the drink contained no alcohol. The staff was completely clueless. Not recommended.
26/07/2026: Expensive drinks for the lack of alcohol, and the atmosphere wasn't very pleasant (it remains to be seen if the DJ was doing a residency or not). In short, if you want good drinks, look elsewhere.

19/10/2026: Terrible Experience: Nonexistent Service and No Sense of Hospitality
We've been to this café several times for crepes, as a family with our children, and unfortunately, the experience is always the same: an endless wait, appalling service, and waitresses who are sorely lacking in professionalism.
Initially, we chalked these bad experiences up to bad luck, thinking we might have come on a busy day. So we decided to give this establishment another chance.
But today's visit was the last straw! As soon as we sat down, we were told there would be a long wait, even though the café was half empty. We simply asked if it would be possible to prioritize our 2-year-old son for a sugar crepe so he could eat without waiting indefinitely. This was categorically refused: we had to wait, period.
So we decided to leave and go somewhere else. The only response we received was: “No problem, sorry.”
There was no attempt to find a solution, no gesture of goodwill, and no consideration for a family with young children. We clearly felt unwelcome.
This is no longer a case of bad luck, but a genuine problem with service and customer care. When you run a restaurant, the very least you can do is respect your customers, demonstrate a modicum of professionalism, and try to find solutions instead of simply letting people leave.
There are clearly many things that need improvement: the organization, the service, the welcome, and above all, the consideration shown to customers.
As far as we're concerned, we're done. We won't be returning, and we absolutely do not recommend this establishment.

07/10/2026: I went to a job fair in Amiens, and we were served an assortment of mini pastries. Excellent! 👌
