31/10/2025: We went there for afternoon tea. The bissap was really lacking in sugar and the hot chocolate was lukewarm, served only halfway in the cup. A shame, because the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, with games available for children and adults.
25/09/2025: A good experience for a first visit. Friendly staff, we chose the vegetarian bowls and enjoyed them, the desserts were very good and the vegetable cappuccino was delicious 😋 The room is bright and well decorated. Good value for money. Thank you 😉

We came for a weekend getaway, and under the pretext that my friend had a drink in his hand when he arrived at the bar, they refused to serve us. 😡😡😡😡😡 Frankly, it's just intolerable. A place to avoid at all costs. We'll spend our money elsewhere, especially in places where we won't feel like outsiders or even discriminated against, ESPECIALLY BY A PERSON OF COLOUR. A word to the wise! 😡😡😡😡😡😡

You can tell the service is over. It's a different story.

24/02/2026: I don't usually like this McDonald's much; there's always a long wait. But this time we were pleasantly surprised. I came with my mother and sisters, and we were served by Shana, who was warm, smiling, and lovely. You can congratulate her; she earned a 5-star review! It's a pleasure to come to a fast-food restaurant and be welcomed so warmly. Kudos to the kitchen too—hot sandwiches and hot fries—that's the best burger! (Note: the glass was a little dirty.)

17/09/2024: The welcome was barely adequate. There wasn't much to offer as they hadn't received their delivery... of sausages and sparkling water, in particular. They didn't try to compensate. The aligot was rubbery and tasteless, and the meat was far too tough. We didn't order dessert, and in the end, we got the impression that suited them just fine. This gentleman doesn't care about satisfying his customers. So, a word of advice: look elsewhere because, on top of everything else, it's overpriced.
05/09/2024: Our group of 18, including 14 teenagers, stayed for a working lunch. We received a very warm welcome, the meal was perfect, and the atmosphere was great. Our group went twice... thank you for your hospitality!

How good we feel in this beautiful hotel!
The whole team is super cheerful, attentive and we feel that the employees are fulfilled, which is rather rare.
The room, very spacious, was decorated with great taste. We have the impression of being hosted by friends who love the decor.
The kitchen is also perfect.

07/12/2024: Very warm welcome, our reservation met our expectations (two adjoining rooms), hearty breakfast with good pastries. Comfortable and clean rooms. Hotel very well located in the center with a discount on the QPark car park which allows you to park without problem.

23/08/2024: I went there today and was very well received. I had a tandoori naan sandwich to take away: it was really very good but frankly very light in terms of quantity. I think that for the price they should be more generous.
