06/04/2024: It was cold so not very busy at the start of the evening and the room, tables and seats were dirty.
05/04/2024: Impeccable service. Sofia was very pleasant, smiling and attentive.

06/04/2024: Out of 10 orders taken from them. Only one was complete. They SYSTEMATICALLY forget something in the order it's tiring to check behind them before leaving the restaurant at the risk of having to turn around. Just 2 days ago I ordered 1 menu and a happy meal around 11 p.m. So no rush 2/3 customers. Well they gave me the happy meal but the best of menu was missing. Like I pay and I get half the order. And when I notify the waiter, they don't apologize and they drag their feet in serving me as if it was a favor he was doing me. Really pull yourself together, you are all incompetent in this Macdo!!

28/03/2024: I have been going to this establishment for 13 years. My children enjoyed their first burger at this fast food restaurant. But since its direct competitor set up right next door, this "Mac'Do" has deteriorated significantly. Abandoned no doubt by its usual customers. Problem in the sewers or other...when you enter the place you are invaded by a smell of poop...sorry for the term. The employees are extremely unpleasant....the burgers and fries extremely cold..and that's not normal. I really liked this place..but it's not is no longer the case. I appreciate this brand and the products it offers but in another Mac'Do than this one. If I have any advice to give...go your way, (even if it seems to me hurts a lot for them.) Since then it's a little coffee that I take to go and that's it!!!
27/03/2024: Only a third of functional screens to take orders, wait of more than 10 minutes for a simple McNuggets menu, rising prices... In short, run away!

Catastrophic customer reception with the unfriendly checkout person.
Large part of the order forgotten, huge waiting time, cold order.
I had to come back to pick up the forgotten items and no commercial gesture.
Honestly, avoid!!! Too bad I can't give 0 stars, I usually don't leave reviews but this was overkill!!!

35 min for two cokes in drive, I should have gone to buy them at Carrefour

30/03/2024: So I order as usual in click and collect and start the preparation.
I arrive at the restaurant with my order and they don't have it because they tell me that I have to validate it at the terminal... what???? I order all the time and I have never validated anything at the terminal... so why ask me to start the preparation if it has to be validated when it is ready????
So I arrive home and a sandwich is missing... I guess they didn't appreciate me telling them that I was right and I never had to validate 😡😡😡😡

06/04/2024: Standard McDonald's in a good location. Large parking lot. The upstairs can be pleasant when it is open, which happens too rarely.
On the other hand, the terrace is tiny and too noisy next to the n7.
