04/08/2026: A lovely restaurant by the sea. Homemade cuisine using fresh ingredients. The stuffed mussels, perfect for sharing, were delicious. The grilled octopus and sea bream fillets were cooked to perfection. The service is friendly and attentive. Reservations are recommended during peak season. Highly recommended.

The dishes are excellent, with sophisticated flavors and original, sometimes even daring, combinations that work wonderfully and always pleasantly surprise us. You can also taste the quality of the ingredients in every dish. And what can I say about the team: top-notch, warm, and caring! You can feel their genuine passion, their desire to share, and above all, their strong human values. For me, it's by far one of the best restaurants in Toulon. A real pleasure every time! The bouchon was a hit with everyone; the slight wait at the table was more than compensated for by the exceptional quality of the food. Excellent establishment, very good cuisine, superb service... As occasional visitors to Toulon, our only regret is that the bouchon isn't closer to home.

01/08/2026: After more than 30 years in the area, finally a truly wonderful discovery. It's tucked away in the Auchan Ollioules shopping center... A small menu, but brimming with exquisite flavors... everything is delicious, and the wine selection is superb. A must for locals and tourists alike. Impeccable service and a warm welcome, along with excellent advice throughout the entire gourmet meal. Fantastic.

The pizzas are generous, always arrive piping hot, and are truly delicious. I'm taking off one star because the young woman who answers the phone is really unpleasant and as limp as a mollusk. She doesn't tell you the final price, the wait time, or even know the products she's selling.
