17/05/2026: Very nice McDonald's, a real change from the usual McDonald's! It was beautiful and delicious! Plus, it was hot! Drinks with ice (like on my order) aren't always the case! And the McDonald's Deal meal (since the beginning of May 2026) is pretty good! Because McDonald's was outclassed by Burger King (good and inexpensive meal!). Much better than the old McSmart meal. Well done to the Toulon team!!! See you soon!

05/05/2026: Honestly, I'm totally disappointed. I ordered a Caramel Popcorn McFurni ice cream from your McDonald's website, three cones and even more. Seriously, there were only four scoops of cream! I finished it in less than four seconds, and on top of that, I didn't get the Mario-themed tub (I'm paying you to get it!), and I got the regular McClory one. Honestly, it's not right to lose six euros and some change for that. Seriously, no, no, no, no, I won't be ordering again. I'm disgusted.

20/05/2026: Wednesday, May 20th My mother ordered a cheeseburger. While eating it, we discovered bacon inside. My mother went to the register to express her displeasure, and THEN, for the SINGLE WORD "I DON'T EAT PORK," she was met with a barrage of insults from a McDonald's employee and several other people. She could have been vegetarian, but no, only racist insults were hurled at her. We just moved to Toulon, and the reactions and comments we received shocked us. So I don't recommend the McDonald's at Mayol, especially if you don't eat pork.

11/05/2026: 25-minute wait at our table (2 set menus)... Noisy teenagers, lukewarm burgers... A very mediocre stop on a Sunday...

15/05/2026: I used to be a big fan of this restaurant, but unfortunately the quality has dropped considerably; I was very disappointed.

13/05/2026: We went to this restaurant on a friend's recommendation. There were several of us, and we were well seated in a quiet corner, even though some of the tables were quite large. The welcome and service were adequate, though a bit slow, considering the restaurant wasn't full and it was off-season. Neither the main courses nor the desserts pleased everyone; one dessert even differed from the online photos. The portion sizes also didn't satisfy everyone at the dinner. Overall, it was average, but the prices were reasonable, which explains the number of stars I'm giving it.

14/05/2026: I placed my order at the kiosk without selecting "eat in" and paid at 8:18 PM. My order didn't appear on the screen. After 20 minutes, I asked the cashier why it wasn't showing up. It was a complete farce; she asked a colleague for help, and at that point, they practically wanted me to pay a second time! My order was entered a second time, and I noticed the shifty eyes. The manager was still on his phone, completely oblivious. Another 20 minutes later, I finally received my order. No apologies whatsoever for the 40-minute wait, even though it wasn't rush hour! This isn't the first time I've been disappointed with McDonald's Brignoles, but this is the absolute worst! I won't be going back anytime soon, especially since the kitchen floor was covered in fries! Honestly, avoid McDonald's Brignoles at all costs!

17/05/2026: The staff act like they're in a school playground, the noise is unbearable, it's impossible to eat in the dining room, they're just laughing, it's chaos, and to forget the fries on my order, that's really something for a team of 15 people on this Sunday

05/04/2026: A very disappointing experience. We stopped for a drink and a light snack (two drinks and a tapas dish... table occupied for 20 minutes). We asked for the bill, and then... the waiter, speaking very loudly, accused us of not having consumed enough, using very informal language. The other customers were shocked by his behavior, as were we. It's no wonder that French tourists are increasingly turning their backs on the French Riviera in favor of other countries, particularly Morocco, where the welcome and service are impeccable.

02/05/2026: At 6:35 PM, I stopped at McDonald's with my girlfriend, each of us at our own kiosk to order: - At 6:37 PM, we selected our choices, finalized our orders, and paid. - At 6:37:18 PM, the server popped up like a wild Pokémon with our orders at our kiosks. We didn't think it was for us! - The burgers were hot (a rare occurrence at McDonald's) and had an authentic taste. - Everything was there. - The server was super friendly and efficient. This is above fast food at this point! 🤣 Well done, team! Keep it up!

13/05/2026: Their new procedure forbids you from letting the dessert melt while you eat... They give you a small bowl, take it back to prepare the dessert, and then give you the small bowl back. They're not exactly known for their efficiency... It's a clear violation of HACCP rules.

07/05/2026: Having tried other McDonald's, this one is the best in terms of quality and wait time. The staff is quick, efficient, and friendly. Thanks again for the generous caramel sundae (Maxime) I highly recommend it!
