14/08/2026: Superb place! We were seated on a very pleasant covered terrace with nice background music. The staff were very friendly and the service was very quick. We were a party of 2 adults and 3 children. We had a children's menu, 3 mussels and fries, dessert, cocktails, white wine, soft drinks, coffee, and a digestif for under €130. I highly recommend this establishment.

03/08/2026: A huge thank you for coming to our home! Stéphane arrived with his pizza truck and prepared absolutely delicious pizzas. The ingredients were fresh, the pizzas were generous and perfectly cooked. In addition to his high level of professionalism, he is very friendly and punctual. All our guests thoroughly enjoyed the pizzas and had nothing but praise for them. A top-quality service that I wholeheartedly recommend. We will definitely use his services again!

16/06/2026: We came as a family of four for Easter vacation, from Sunday to Friday. The hotel is aging, near a small shopping center and a Flunch restaurant (they share the same free parking lot), so it was very crowded. The fire alarm went off at 6:00 AM, and in the evening there was a Gypsy wedding and a fight in the parking lot, making it impossible to sleep (the rooms are poorly soundproofed). On the day of departure, we were asked to pay for breakfast, even though we had already paid for it through Hotels.com. Luckily, the manager let it go, but the guy at the reception desk was very insistent. The rooms are also very dated (damaged paint, doors, etc.), but they do have a small refrigerator. The breakfast is great, I recommend it, and the bar is nice too, but the terrace and pool are, again, outdated. In short, it's in a good location in Hyères, but it's not worth 4 stars...

13/06/2026: All the staff were very welcoming, warm, attentive, and smiling: from the Victor restaurant staff to the hotel staff. My daughter was celebrating her birthday, and everyone spontaneously wished her a happy birthday. The pool is very pleasant, as is the room.

The owner always greeted us with a smile and good cheer, even when she was short on time, as she runs the restaurant single-handedly! We thoroughly enjoyed the excellent crepes and ice cream. 14/09/2026: We're regulars! Ever since Gaëlle's time! I book a week in advance for 10 people, asking to be seated wherever we wanted. We arrive, and we're not seated where I wanted. I didn't say anything! We came back a second time, and the same thing happened!!!! So I don't think that's nice, especially when you book a week, even 10 days in advance, and you're a regular with 10 people! I wanted to say it was better when Gaëlle was there; the atmosphere was better. The waitresses were fantastic and very attentive. What a shame that Gaëlle is no longer running Ilot Bar. She was amazing and especially attentive to her customers. She created a great atmosphere and knew how to seat them exactly where we wanted. Gaëlle was a remarkable professional! The new manager is completely unprofessional! She should find another job! I hope she won't be running L'Effet Mer in December!!
