06/10/2026: The wait time was absolutely unacceptable and shameful – the servers were incredibly rude even though the restaurant was empty – never again, and I strongly advise against this tapas bar because it's not a restaurant, it's a canteen.

04/10/2026: Anyone who's here absolutely has to visit this amazing music café. Fred🐸 gives it 6 stars. Great decor, super friendly service (Ensa ❤️), great food, and all the prices are fantastic. It's really cozy. Fred🐸 would have stayed overnight, it was so good! 🫶🇫🇷💯👍

28/09/2026: I wish to inform you of a particularly serious incident that occurred today, September 25th. When I placed my order at the self-service kiosk, the machine did not print a receipt. I immediately reported this malfunction to your staff, and my tray was then served without any problem. It was at the end of my meal that the situation became unacceptable. Wanting to use the restroom, I noticed that an access code was required—a code normally printed on the receipt. I therefore spoke to an employee, who redirected me to the manager. Despite my repeated explanations about the lack of a receipt (due to a lack of paper in the kiosk, a problem I had previously reported), the manager categorically refused to give me the access code. She demanded that I provide her with the exact kiosk number in order to change the paper roll. It is unacceptable to make a customer bear the consequences of a technical malfunction at your establishment, just as it is abnormal to impose such a burden on them. This haughty attitude and lack of empathy from your manager are all the more shocking. Providing access to restrooms for a customer who has consumed food or drinks on the premises is a basic rule of hospitality and service. I ask you to firmly remind this manager of the fundamentals of customer service, respect, and management!

14/10/2026: Unfortunately, there are often problems at this McDonald's. Between the long wait times, even when there are only two customers and one car in the drive-thru, and the staff's attitude... But tonight, the disappointment was for the children. Four Happy Meals ordered from the drive-thru arrived home, and not a single toy! It's a far cry from the family atmosphere and the fun children had going to McDonald's years ago. Where do the toys go if they're not in the kids' meals? It's about time someone got their act together at this restaurant.

14/10/2026: Absolutely appalling... Our dysphasic son wanted to place his order, but there was a problem with the payment. The manager's only response was to call our son an idiot in front of everyone, and some customers were laughing... What kind of world do we live in?

12/07/2026: On Saturday, July 11th, at 10:30 PM, I noticed fireworks being set off near Le Beausset (perhaps at the racetrack?). The firefighters I spoke to that day told me that authorization was granted by the municipal police! This raises questions for me. Did they give their approval when we are under a fire alert? The 6,000 hectares burned more than 20 years ago seem to have left no one with any memory. I can't find anywhere a website where I can leave a message for the Town Hall.

28/09/2026: On Saturday, September 26th, around 3 p.m., we went to McDonald's for a quick bite. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. When we went to pay at the register, a young employee dropped the tray she was preparing. To lighten the mood, we simply told her, "That's done." She then made fun of my husband, which we found completely inappropriate. About twenty minutes later, our order was still being prepared. The ice creams had been made well before the rest of the meal and were completely melted. While putting them in the bag, the employee spilled some on herself. So I politely asked her if it would be possible to replace the ice creams. She threw them in the trash, smeared it all over the wall, then went to the back of the restaurant laughing before coming back into the dining area. In the end, she didn't even finish our order. I had to ask another employee to take care of our orders. When we arrived, a cake was missing, and the bag was so full of ice cream it was about to burst. What also disappointed me was that no one apologized for the situation. The employee even had the nerve to tell me she should have finished her shift an hour ago, when I simply explained that her behavior was unprofessional and that she needed to do her job properly. The manager was present and witnessed the situation without intervening, which is even more disappointing. I'm really not one to complain, but this was a particularly disappointing experience. I even regret not asking for a refund. This McDonald's left a very bad taste in our mouths, both because of the employee's behavior and the manager's lack of response.

06/06/2026: The hotel is very well located, which is undoubtedly its main advantage and makes getting around easy. However, the rooms are very basic and, in my opinion, do not meet the expected standard of a 3-star hotel. Breakfast was also a disappointment. The selection is limited, especially for bread, with only baguettes and rusks. Offering Laughing Cow cheese lacks variety and quality for an establishment of this category. Finally, the staff is friendly and pleasant, but sometimes lacks energy. Overall, the location is a real strength, but several aspects could be improved to live up to a 3-star rating.

29/09/2026: Well, I really like this McDonald's, but I must have gone on a day when the trainees were making the fries, or I must have gotten the bottom of the bin because there were only crumbs of fries. On the other hand, the sandwiches were absolutely perfect, well done!

10/09/2026: We absolutely loved it! The burger was fantastic, generously filled, the owner was super friendly, and it was available for takeout. I highly recommend it.

03/11/2025: Very, very nice and attentive service! Great cocktails! Happy hour prices are unbeatable! That was my review in July 2023. After several visits, it unfortunately got progressively worse. The waiter, who is also the owner, is incredibly unfriendly. The opening hours are never accurate. The bar is always open at inconsistent times. It's a shame, because it used to be really cool there. The waitress who worked there at the time contributed a lot to the atmosphere. I don't think she works there anymore.
