24/02/2026: Catastrophic customer service and no accountability I'm taking the time to write this review because my experience at the McDonald's in Poitiers is unacceptable. I placed two Click & Collect orders while I was right next to the restaurant. One for me, one for my partner and baby. When I got to the counter, they gave me my order but told me the second one hadn't been placed there, that it was at the McDonald's in Poitiers East. I showed them the app: – Saved favorite restaurant: McDonald's in Poitiers – Clear order confirmation – Valid order number Despite this, they didn't listen. No serious check was done. They simply repeated that "it wasn't theirs" and asked me to place the order again. Consequences: – Significant waste of time – My baby ate late – My partner too – My baby's fries were cold with a hair stuck in them. My order was cold from start to finish. When I got home, I contacted the McDonald's in Poitiers East to check. The answer was clear: the order wasn't with them, but was indeed at the McDonald's in Poitiers. I have proof: SMS messages from the time of the order, screenshots of my orders, and a recording of the call with McDonald's in Poitiers East. Furthermore, for the order that supposedly wasn't with them, I have the QR code, and if I scan it at a kiosk in the Poitiers McDonald's, the order will be processed. So not only was the error with the restaurant, but I was also sent home without any solution, apology, or compensation. Furthermore, I discovered their mistake. When they asked me to show them my phone to see the order, they saw the message "Your order has been received." They only read the beginning: "Your order Poitiers is..." What's most shocking isn't the mistake itself. Mistakes happen. What's unacceptable is the complete lack of support, the lack of empathy, and the refusal to properly check. When you welcome families, you have a minimum responsibility to provide good service. I expect a manager to contact me to provide an explanation and a concrete solution. As things stand, I strongly advise against this restaurant.

22/02/2026: Great experience, complete order, fast service, bonus points for Octave who served us with a smile and friendliness. I recommend it and I will come back, it was very nice 😊

22/02/2026: McDonald's was a disaster! It took an hour to get our orders, and half of them were missing. The manager didn't even show up; he stayed hidden in the kitchen. We're never going back, that's it!

15/02/2026: Worst McDonald's in Poitiers. Orders are always missing items, especially sauces. Orders are always wrong. They tell us to come back when there's a problem, as if gas were free. The service is sloppy, with absolutely no consideration for the customer.
