31/03/2024: For the positive points: pleasant young waitress, good gratins dauphinois. For the rest we were very disappointed, poultry escalope for a little hunger... fried overcooked and floury... lentil reheated in the microwave (advantage of having a view in the kitchen) I'll let you imagine that it's not great for the taste, it made them dry.... steak of beef cooked blue instead of rare, after returning to the kitchen at my request, the steak came back still as blue, I still tried to make it eat but the meat had an aftertaste, so I didn't touch it anymore. I reported it and when cashing out, I was just told "sorry the meat wasn't to your liking." These are not really the right words, I would rather say that the cooking was not respected and the meat was probably not very fresh. It's not very commercial at the moment. Race results, very disappointed, we didn't even want to try the desserts.

30/03/2024: Unique experience. I'm not a big meat lover but I admit that I have never eaten such tender meat. Very warm welcome and the waiter (Lionel) gave very good advice. Everything was perfect. Would not change a thing. We will gladly come back

29/03/2024: Great experience, great restaurant! We go to bed less stupid because we learn things and with a full stomach. The servers are friendly and attentive. They know what they're talking about. In particular Yassine, a top-notch server. A word of advice, keep it! He was able to make up for a mistake in an honorable manner. The mistake turned into a good moment. Being in the restaurant business myself, we feel that the guy has the trick. Thanks again!
