14/03/2026: We came for dinner this evening and were delighted. The owners gave us a very warm welcome. We thoroughly enjoyed a flammekueche, followed by a very generous and delicious sauerkraut, all accompanied by a very good Pinot Gris.
We will be back!! Thank you and long live Alsace!!
13/03/2026: Excellent restaurant, very good sauerkraut and a great dessert...for my birthday my brother discovered this restaurant which, to add an extra touch, is in the very neighborhood of our childhood...Colombette...Place St Aubin, Rue André Mercadier...so many good memories!
A big thank you to my brother, and also to the wonderful owners who truly know their food and service.
We'll be back soon to try the pizzas.

Not to mention the delicious food and the generous portions, of course. The customer is clearly valued.

A few years ago, I used to go there for work, and it was already the highlight of my day.
I went back with my family to introduce them to it. Everyone thought all the dishes were delicious and very generous. The taste of good meat grilled over a wood fire is a real treat.

06/03/2026: Always top-notch, always excellent on the plate since 1972, I've been going there for 30 years and it's been excellent for 30 years, and it's one of the rare restaurants that hasn't increased its prices like most of its competitors, which makes restaurateurs in difficulty ask themselves the right questions…
06/03/2026: A lovely little restaurant, a gift from my daughter, and unsurprisingly, La Braisière is a huge fan 😉. Impeccable service, excellent meat, fabulous dessert. I'm taking out my magic wand and showering La Braisière with well-deserved stars. A big thank you! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

03/03/2026: First time we had lunch at this restaurant as a family! And what a pleasant surprise!
Everything was delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed it from appetizer to dessert!
The atmosphere was warm and welcoming! Despite the warnings at the restaurant entrance about recent car break-ins, they allowed us to leave our belongings and suitcases behind the counter so we wouldn't have to worry during our meal.
We'll be back! And I recommend making a reservation!

If you're looking for peace and quiet, this isn't the place, but the lively atmosphere of this often-packed restaurant is worth experiencing. A truly convivial atmosphere and undeniably good French cuisine. Beware if you don't book! 😏

The service was pleasant and attentive, which greatly contributed to the convivial atmosphere of the meal. The waiter was smiling and friendly, which is always appreciated and immediately puts you at ease. As for the food, everything was delicious—flavorful, well-prepared dishes that were enjoyed by both my children and me. A truly wonderful experience from beginning to end.
