22/03/2026: We came this evening for a table of 10. We had a terrible evening in the back room. Three tables behind us wouldn't stop yelling—and I mean yelling. They had absolutely no manners; they were talking about things children shouldn't hear. The last table could be heard throughout the entire restaurant! The fries are supposed to be unlimited, yet three plates of fries somehow got lost somewhere between the kitchen and our table. The raclette burger was very poorly presented; the slices of raclette cheese were placed directly on the meat without being melted at all. It's worth noting that McDonald's does a better job with their CBO raclette. The carafes of water took 15 minutes to arrive at our table. To finish the meal, we ordered dessert. It took over 25 minutes to arrive. We received an Americano sundae that we hadn't ordered; the cream puff finally arrived, but it was unopened, and the ice cream was just placed on top, like a hair in the soup. The manager told us there was nothing he could do about the tables that were shouting and barely offered an apology. A €10 discount on a total bill of €250. Our evening was ruined; the Buffalo Grill in Allonnes is a mere shadow of its former self! Avoid at all costs!!! Following the restaurant's response: I think that given the lack of civility, education, and consideration for others, you could easily have gone to the tables and asked them to lower the volume! You could also have pointed out that certain topics are inappropriate in the presence of minors. When children make the same comment as the adults about a table constantly shouting at the top of their lungs, the manager should deign to come and put a stop to it. We pointed out that we could hear the table (which, I remind you, was located at the very back of the room) all the way to the bar where you prepare the drinks! The rudeness was so extreme that we wondered if we were in a zoo, a factory, or even a school cafeteria! Oops, no, we were just at the Buffalo Grill in Allonne.

21/03/2026: Excellent evening. We were served by Emma B., who was very friendly. The meal was very good, and the meat was excellent. Thank you for a lovely evening.

24/03/2026: An evening at the Chalet is always eagerly anticipated and appreciated: everything is simply delicious. Unpretentious, yet flavorful. The ingredients are fresh and homemade, and the service is very friendly without being intrusive. As for the setting: the interior, with its fireplace, is just as delightful as the exterior, with its view of the castle near the lake.

20/03/2026: A lovely spot for a drink or a meal. I highly recommend this place with its exceptional view of Pierrefonds Castle.

09/03/2026: A huge thank you to the restaurant manager and Filo. We received a very warm welcome. The meal was impeccable, thanks to the kitchen staff as well. And especially for the birthday cake accompanied by its timeless music!

12/06/2025: A very warm welcome, the staff is friendly and attentive. The decor is warm and welcoming. A wide selection of beers, wine, whiskey, rum, and rum liqueurs are available. Bottles of beer are deposited (discount on your next purchase if you return them), and cases are also deposited. Keg and beer machine rentals are available for your evenings at home. Two areas: one for shopping and one for tasting. There is also a terrace with tables and chairs. A dartboard is available next to the restrooms. This establishment also offers a variety of evening events throughout the year (including afternoons). Closing at 8:00 PM or 9:00 PM depending on the day of the week. Small bells remind you of your last drink and to stop drinking. I recommend it.

08/02/2026: The owner turns away customers, both families and bikers, even though there's plenty of room in the bar, saying they're full. Clearly, they're overwhelmed with very little business. More than 45 minutes wait to be served. They should perhaps consider hiring more staff. The owner, in my opinion, doesn't want to work on a Sunday, even though it's a beautiful 14°C. The staff isn't very friendly. Our table wasn't cleared or cleaned when we arrived, and we had to wait 20 minutes for it to be cleared. If they're overwhelmed with a ray of sunshine, what will it be like during the summer season? I strongly advise against this place. On our departure, knowing that many tables outside were empty, there was supposedly more than a 45-minute wait to be served, even though all the other customers present were served.

14/03/2026: I was very satisfied with my visit, although I find the portions aren't as generous as they used to be. The place is friendly and welcoming; it's always a lovely time to get together as a family. Our 4-year-old and 6-year-old children enjoy coming here. We've been loyal customers for over 10 years now, and we're happy to know François. He's incredibly kind, and my children adore him. He was very attentive to them, and given their adventurous age, he was able to calm them with his presence. However, when we arrived, his colleague seemed annoyed by my youngest son's behavior. Fortunately, I appreciated how François took care of us; we felt privileged. It was a pleasure, and we'll gladly return. However, having François as our host and being served is a bit of a challenge. He manages to make us feel important, and even when we commented on the portion size, he remained professional. Even my mother was present and appreciated François' gentleness and patience; we will return, but the dishes in the kitchen need to be more generous.

13/03/2026: My wife and I usually come to eat here once or twice a month with our 7-year-old and sometimes my teenage daughter. The welcome is always satisfactory, and we're very happy with the service and the quality of the food. When there's a small problem (which is rare), we don't hesitate to mention it, and it's resolved quickly. The owner is very friendly; he even sometimes comes to chat with our little boy. We're never disappointed; the team is friendly and professional. 😉
