14/09/2024: Que dire de plus que tout ce qui a déja été dit ? La patrone (et serveuse) est d'une énergie et efficacité incroyable. Elle gère toute la salle, le bar et la terrasse à elle seule avec gentillesse et bons conseils. Le Chef qui n'est autre que son époux est également seul en cuisine. Il s'active en silence sans aucun temps mort, on se demande comment il fait pour sortir d'aussi bons mets en si peu de temps, car TOUT est fait maison... (essayez la salade de rouget, puis les rognons, un véritable régal).
Les tarifs sont également très abordables pour la qualité des repas. Vous pouvez vous y rendre les yeux fermés. Merci à ce charmant couple...

06/09/2024: Excellent surprise. Small bistro that doesn't look like much, but is very excellent. The welcome is very friendly, the menu of the day with fresh produce. Home cooking is, on certain dishes, revisited by the chef. The octopus was excellent as were the other dishes. the lunch menu is reasonably priced for the content.
I recommend this restaurant in Vaison la Romaine.

Service très long 2h quasiment.
Repas froid et dessert pas terrible.
J'ai connu il y a quelques années que j'apprécier.
Je ne recommande pas!

Excellent service du serveur Kaïs c'est le meilleur !

02/09/2024: At the bastide, time stands still in a magnificent setting, the very pleasant team takes great care of its customers. The cuisine is subtle and delicious, we will return there as soon as possible.
We strongly recommend.
31/08/2024: Musical evening. An excellent guitarist in the background.
We took advantage of the garden and enjoyed cold dishes with local cold meats. A pleasant time and we will do it again this evening. We went back and were enchanted by François Bérody who provided the musical atmosphere for this evening. For the rest, nothing to say, it was very good!

27/08/2024: Frankly, it's super expensive for not something extraordinary.... undercooked camembert, not runny... bull rib difficult to chew... and their crème brûlée with Venice balsam is a failure! The cream was not set at all, very runny.... and a taste...... (warning the waitress not even a gesture while the crème brûlée was a failure) in short to get by at 130 had I ate in much cheaper and much better restaurants. Luckily very nice servers

10/09/2024: L endroit parfait je dois dire que l accueil est exceptionnel un resto super agréable et bien sûr un repas très très bon une viande fondante des déserts parfait je met vraiment en avant ce resto pour la sympathie des patrons et des employés, a ne pas louper sous aucun prétexte

29/06/2024: The sea bass is incredibly fresh, cooked to perfection on a bed of fennel...a pure treat. I have never eaten such good fish...really
For the chocolate pyramid...there are too many different tastes...we lose the main flavor...a shame because the presentation and the idea are superb..
Very slight downside on the service...it is very fast😜.
We hadn't finished the aperitif at all (we weren't even halfway through) when the dish was served
I will definitely come back with the disappointment of not returning to a bar to have the pleasure of discovering something else.

03/08/2024: A wonderful surprise at this restaurant, both for the quality and freshness of the dishes and the courteous and warm welcome! The menus are truly homemade and we find the Provence cuisine of our elders! Congratulations to this couple who deserve to be in the spotlight!

Very warm welcome, service a little too fast... we had just had our aperitif, the drinks for the meal were already served and the starter followed directly! Excellent cuisine but a shame that the kitchen cannot offer another sauce than that offered on the menu! Very nice experience and very reasonable value for money

03/08/2024: We recently ordered 8 pizzas from PizzasCom for a family evening, and we were delighted with our choice. Each pizza was tasty, cooked well and the ingredients seemed fresh.
The whole family enjoyed the different varieties. Only the salmon pizza was a little lacking in toppings for our taste, but that didn't spoil our enjoyment.
We will definitely come back to taste other specialties!

23/11/2024: Nous n’avons pas voulu commander un dessert eu égard à la lenteur du service. A la caisse le personnel s’est bien gardé de nous interroger sur notre satisfaction.
Nous sommes partis très déçus.
25/10/2024: Cauchemar en cuisine ou caméra caché …. À fuir . Attente 1 h avant d être servi . Même pas de salade de bienvenue …. Les menus enfants non servies …. On a décidé de partir à la concurrence . Réponse de la gérante . On manque de personnel … aucun geste commercial ou d ´excuse…. C est regrettable , fidèle client de Buffalo qui au fil du temps , tout a décliné , le service ,la qualité des produits, la quantité…. Et l’envie de travailler des serveurs ….
