08/08/2026: Very friendly, we had a great evening by the water, and the misting fans were refreshing. The owners are nice, the only slight downside is that smokers and non-smokers are mixed together.

Was told could enjoy a free ice cream or drink in exchange for a review. I said I would do it on my own. Then when showing the staff they refused to serve me the free drink. Hence my grade. Very poor customer service. On top of that, you can only order to take away on the tablet when there's plenty of seats available inside.
28/07/2026: Great establishment! The staff are friendly and responsive, and the dining room is relatively clean considering how busy it is right now.
Furthermore, all the meat is now halal, a big step forward for the chain, which continues to adapt to modern tastes while maintaining its famous recipe, which is just as delicious as ever.
I highly recommend it!

06/08/2026: Excellent meal as always; we particularly appreciated the chef's suggestions.
The setting is peaceful and quiet, with the option to enjoy the outdoor terrace or the indoor seating if needed.
The menu changes regularly, and the dishes are carefully prepared and generously portioned.
We also appreciated the waitress, who was always smiling, cheerful, and discreet.
The cocktails are very reasonably priced, a real bargain for Belize.
We return with great pleasure very often.
P.S. Bring mosquito repellent! 😁

18/07/2026: We arrived on July 18th, after a long drive to the café on the Cours, which serves relatively late, unlike other restaurants.
We had a wonderful meal! The chicken curry skewers were perfectly cooked and seasoned, neither too much nor too little. The side dish was fries, but the real highlight was a kind of tomato confit with caramelized onions—simply divine!
My daughter had tagliatelle with Roquefort cheese. The portion was reasonable, not overloaded with cream, just the right amount, perfectly balanced.
For dessert, I savored the homemade nougat glacé: smooth, creamy, crunchy, with pistachio and other flavors—little wonders to surprise your taste buds.
This bistro is a delightful discovery, completely unexpected and comforting.

That evening, it was sauerkraut night, and she offered me a mixed charcuterie and cheese board instead—perfect! We were able to stay on the terrace for a good part of the evening. A great evening.

The excellent food really reminded me of the 1950s in the United States.
The atmosphere was amazing!
And the curly-haired guy was so nice!

The rib steak was excellent, and the service was perfect and friendly.
Based on the reviews I've read, I think the owner's friendliness is directly proportional to the friendliness of his customers… the owner is there to serve you quality food, not to excel at communication, and that's a good thing!
If you love good meat, go there without hesitation!
