Always a VERY GOOD welcome (the smile of the waitresses and also their professionalism), the meal is always tasty and let's not talk about the pastries which are fantastic especially "the chestnut torch" which I find splendid Ideal place to have a good time at the table and in a very nice setting A big congratulations to our usual waitress who pampers us from the moment we arrive

02/03/2024: I did not know at all. From the choice on the menu, everything looks very good! We chose Munster Burger, Queen's Bouchée and Potato pancakes... Quick ordering and great dishes 🤩. Big downside: called the waiter to collect the dessert cards; the same for placing an order and the same for being able to pay and leave 😬. 1 hour for this last sentence (same for the table next to it)... Well... It's a shame, so arrived at 7:10 p.m., left at 10:20 p.m. 😶. Thanks to the cooks for the meals 👍👍

30/03/2024: Friendly staff, easy to park, decent food, for a large brand the pizzas are quite decent, but above all the special offers make the value for money excellent in the era of 14 euro pizza!

30/03/2024: We have just received our order and frankly it's been 3 times that the sauces are not the right ones, it's really not pleasant. And that evening supposedly breaking up when we called back yeah. Why not say it all right away and suggest something else rather than throwing in the towel but we won't eat them. The portion of really ridiculous potatoes €5.50 for a base is unacceptable. And it's not the first time that we have a base that's usually well stocked, or else agree on the quantity to add all the time! Really disappointed. I posted a photo. And there's no point in replying to a message, a gesture will be appreciated. The delivery man at the top on the other hand.

15/03/2024: Really nice address. The service is very young but very welcoming and attentive. The menu is quite short but we ate very well, all the dishes were qualitative with a nice star for the desserts, sorbets and ice creams included, the raspberry sorbet, a treat! Very nice address which accepts children with a smile and kindness, very good evening.

29/03/2024: I pass regularly during my business trips without any problem. This evening the bar is full and the security officer turns me away, telling me that they are no longer serving. While other people returned without any problem. What is this charlot? A carnival physiognomist? Who thinks they are a... This is the image of the establishment. Too bad for all the nice people who work and whom I really appreciate. In short, there are things to review. I'll come back to see if this incompetent guy is still there. What if I'm turned away again. I won't do good publicity.

26/03/2024: First time at the Haguenau Beer Academy, although I already know those of Krutenau and Petite France. A real favorite. It's beautiful, it's big, it's well decorated, you feel good there, the atmosphere is great (even on a Monday evening). We have a heated room, an unheated but sheltered patio for those who still want to enjoy the outdoors, and a driveway that creates a terrace in summer. In short, as soon as I come back to Haguenau, I will stop by to drink a good beer and eat an excellent burger.

04/04/2024: Accompanied by my partner, we decided to order 2 tacos in this restaurant, 1 of which with gratinage. We arrived when the restaurant was almost empty and the waiters and cooks were yawning with boredom, well before the midday rush. The order took 50 minutes to be prepared, after 30 minutes, seeing that other customers arrived well after us were served and had time to consume, we went to ask for news of our order, the waiter had the nerve to tell us saying that "browning takes time", is it worth placing our order behind that of all the other customers? The tacos finally arrived, they were burnt, very weak browning and an increased lack of sauce. The music is way too loud and in very bad taste (this is just my opinion). Address that was recommended to me but that I will not recommend under any circumstances, I advise against it.

22/03/2024: The hosts are not very competent, there is a lack of responsiveness and friendliness for the most part, fortunately, this is not a generality, I find that there is a lack of staff and a lack of organization in this hotel . The rooms are atypical. The hotel is located near the city center, which is a real advantage, also close to several free parking lots and public transport.

17/03/2024: ASHAMED ! Don't go there! Overpriced for the poor quality of the meal. 45 minutes for our order to be taken. 40 minutes to have soup and salad and another 30 minutes to receive our so-called sushi and Maki. The sushi opens when you take it, the seaweed sheet around the Makis is not even placed all the way around and for the slice of salmon above the sushi, either it is much too thick, or you can see the rice through! Plus, there's no taste.

29/02/2024: The food is very good, nothing to complain about. In terms of service, we see that the waitress is overwhelmed (who is all alone managing the room) and her friendliness takes a hit. It's a shame.
