07/12/2025: We had a wonderful time! We went there the evening of our arrival in Alsace, and this restaurant allowed us to start our stay off right with a very good glass of Pinot Noir and a fabulous tarte flambée with Munster cheese! I highly recommend it!

12/01/2026: A wonderful Christmas celebration at Restaurant Muller. The extension is magnificent. The service is very professional. The meal was perfect, congratulations to the kitchen team!

The entertainment, however, needs improvement for this evening; the entertainer wasn't up to par.
Aside from this minor drawback, a very pleasant stay as usual.

Tea room with excellent pastries, reasonably priced for the quality. The best Paris-Brest in Alsace.
05/01/2026: Very disappointed with the breakfast deal: €7.70 for barely more than a quarter of a baguette that wasn't even crusty, two plastic ramekins with what was essentially butter, and a tiny portion of jam. The hot chocolate was barely chocolatey, and to top it all off, there were no napkins... My second attempt was just as disappointing as the first.

The atmosphere was very welcoming!
The waitress was very attentive.
Absolutely fantastic! 🙂 We had an excellent mixed salad with bacon, a three-cheese pizza, and a Diablo meat pizza. It was truly superb, I highly recommend it!

04/07/2025: Had a nice meal (canard) at an attractive price compared to Belgium. Good service on the terrace, beautiful setting with fountains and palm trees, gives some 'grandeur' to the whole.
02/07/2025: Lovely hotel only let down by the gentleman on the bar / reception. Felt like we were an inconvenience for being there.

06/12/2024: Disappointing experience in this restaurant, The service was slow and not attentive. The servers were disorganized and forgot several items from our order: the bottle of wine which we never received as well as the main course accompaniment which we had to request twice. The meat was asked to be cooked to perfection and received blue.. the dishes did not come at the same time.. and so on.. Knowing that there were 6 servers for not many people.
The icing on the cake: During the bill, we expressed our dissatisfaction to the so-called restaurant manager. Not only did he not even apologize, but he displayed a haughty and superior attitude, as if the customers' remarks did not concern him. No gesture was offered, only a condescending look.
First and last time in this restaurant. To flee!

My partner and I ate at this restaurant this weekend and were disappointed. We stayed at the Majestic Hotel and through the hotel, we had a meal included at this restaurant. It started with a cold welcome, waiters who didn't speak French, and shaky explanations about the menu. We didn't want what was on the menu. We asked for a dish from the à la carte menu and had to pay an extra €10. We agreed, except when we asked for the bill, we were surprised to see the amount. Especially since we had already paid for the restaurant with the room reservation, i.e. €60 for the restaurant, and we had to pay another €70 on site. Extremely disappointed, especially since we were told to pay only an extra €10 and drinks, so not an extra €70. Total €130 for a restaurant like this? No, it's not worth it. I wouldn't go back!
18/08/2024: I have never eaten such industrial cuisine in a restaurant, for a 4-course meal. From starter to dessert, including hash browns and meat. A plus (perhaps for some, the clientele was 75% German) after an hour we were already out. The staff was numerous (not very friendly). I am rarely negative, but here... avoid.

However, preheated plates and bowls would be so much better; the food cools down quickly.

Un bon accueil très sympathique avec des prix doux.
