15/05/2024: Get in before they get a Michelin star! They were able to accomodate a vegetarian for their tasting menu upon request which was exceptional. The focus of MITCH is molecular gastronomy but in an approachable (and delicious way). The presentation of the dishes was gorgeous and were delightfully surprised that the taste lived up to the look. You will want to call and make a reservation ahead of time because this place gets booked quickly.
05/05/2024: It's really nice to find a restaurant where the dishes are well presented, with quality, fresh products, and top-notch service. The boss, who took care of us, was attentive and very friendly!
Two small drawbacks however: the waitress brought us a vintage which did not correspond to the wine chosen on the menu, we had a wine from a less good year and at €12 a glass, the quantity served was very average...
The dishes arrived rather lukewarm than hot, which is a shame on such beautiful plates!
Otherwise, it’s a restaurant that we recommend!

The impeccable service, the adorable owner and her husband's breathtaking cooking.
Address that I will keep for my next visits to Aix.

Reservation for 8:30 p.m., the dishes were not served until 11 p.m.... we had to wait 45 minutes to have a simple lemonade and a glass of red wine... it's deplorable
The staff was unfriendly, there was no apology for the waiting time, and no commercial gesture...
The dishes were very mediocre

30/03/2024: Always as good and generous service, the pitas are well garnished and the falafels, the sauce, the bread and the potatoes are delicious! In addition, the person we often see is very friendly, it's a good place to eat well at good value for money 🧆
26/03/2024: Very good little restaurant to eat in Aix. I highly recommend. The dishes are copious, excellent and homemade! The service is impeccable, the prices affordable, in short an essential address if you want to eat easily and very good in the historic center of Aix en Provence

30/03/2024: Lebanese cuisine is recognized by the fact of adapting according to the seasons, we do not find dishes with tomatoes, eggplant or peppers for example in winter, on the other hand during the summer, the dishes are more vegetable. But this restaurant has everything all the time, which raises questions about the freshness and quality of the products.

I have come several times and if the restaurant was not full when I decided at the last minute to come back I would come even more often. The sympathy of the staff is impeccable, it is important to take into account that success does not prevent them from being also very good.

This is not a restaurant for tourists to eat with locals.
