06/04/2024: Favorite ❤️ for this Moroccan canteen which knows how to wonderfully revisit Moroccan flavors with great finesse and originality. From starter to dessert everything is delicious 😋! All accompanied by a delicious green tea. It's simple, it's super good, everything is homemade and Marie the manager takes great care and is happy to explain her menu to you. In short, run there!

06/04/2024: From start to finish, excellent dining experience. First of all, the welcome and kindness of all the waiters-waitresses. Super nice atmosphere, pretty and pleasant terrace near one of the famous fountains of Aix. Despite everything we went inside, there was a little cool wind. Attractive menu, we opted for fish & chips (excellent with delicious panisses, and St Pierre!!) and for me the gnocci, a treat, with this truffle sauce. To recommend therefore and I mention the extremely attentive staff, it's very pleasant, thank you to them!!

29/03/2024: Not quite as wonderful as sitting in the piazza when the weather is warmer but I love this place. The food & the service are consistently good, liked the new venue too!

05/04/2024: Excellent restaurant, hidden address that you would never find without knowing it. The impeccable service, the adorable owner and her husband's breathtaking cooking. Address that I will keep for my next visits to Aix. I recommend with my eyes closed

04/04/2024: Catastrophic experience Reservation for 8:30 p.m., the dishes were not served until 11 p.m.... we had to wait 45 minutes to have a simple lemonade and a glass of red wine... it's deplorable The staff was unfriendly, there was no apology for the waiting time, and no commercial gesture... The dishes were very mediocre First and last time in this restaurant

16/01/2024: Simply excellent! I highly recommend. Super fast service 👍😊 The only downside is the goat cheese in the bricks of the bergère salad (on top) which is a little lacking. Otherwise, go there with your eyes closed.

31/03/2024: A true pearl for those who love seafood! The offer also includes fish dishes, but we skipped these options entirely to focus on seafood and shellfish. We took the mussels au gratin which had the right amount of breadcrumbs. We appreciated the oysters, tasting 5 different qualities, the mussels were also good, the prawns were not memorable, served too cold. the sea urchins were good but too expensive in my opinion. Overall we spent 210 euros having taken 48 oysters, 12 mussels, 6 prawns, 6 sea urchins, 12 mussels au gratin. The place is located isolated on the edge of the highway, we struggled a bit to find it.

19/03/2024: La Plume is a hidden blessing in disguise for people who are vegan and for those who enjoy vegan food. I ordered their special hot drink Golden Latte (it was raining that day). For the main course, I had their buddha bowl, I could not have left without having a dessert. I ordered their chocolate cake with vanilla cream. I am so glad I ordered it. The chocolate cake was the star for me with the right balance of sweetness and savouriness followed by the drink and the bowl. I paid around 30 euros, which I felt a tad bit steep; however, it was worth paying. I want to sincerely thank the restaurant manager and the staff for quickly arranging a table just for me without a reservation on a Saturday afternoon. It was first day in Aix-en-Provence. It was a Saturday and it was raining. Considering Aix is more of a touristic city, my impression was that I could walk in to eat anywhere without a reservation; however, I was wrong. The restaurant manager was kind enough to rapidly arrange a table for me without a reservation. This really made my day. A big thanks to La Plume for being flexible. I loved the ambience of La Plume. It has a tunnel inside, and you get to pass the short tunnel to the seating area which to me was exciting. The decor was nice. It represented the restaurant's cuisine - vegan. I was seated in a quiet little corner and I thoroughly enjoyed my food. I am happy that I accidentally discovered this place. Surely, this is not my last meal at La Plume. P.S. I could not click a picture of the drink and buddha bowl because I was famished. The moment the buddha bowl was on the table, it went down my stomach. But yay, I got the dessert :-D

The marriage of flavors is a success. Thank you for its wood-fired grills which respect the requested cooking, for the quality of the beef and its generosity. A good time spent in this restaurant makes me want to return there and, above all, recommend it to you. Just a quick note, a tablecloth even made of paper would be preferable.
