04/03/2026: Excellent, warm welcome and helpful advice. The dishes are generous and delicious; a real treat from start to finish! The restaurant is ideally located, just steps from the Prado and the Vélodrome. I highly recommend it!

13/02/2026: We order all the time, they deliver to us tonight, but the cashier told me they couldn't deliver. I asked why, saying they always deliver to us and this time to us, she said that's just how it is and hung up on me. Anyway, I don't recommend them at all.

24/02/2026: Hotel very well located. Generally, the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the room wasn't cleaned and the sheets weren't changed during our four-day stay. Even after mentioning this to the manager on the third day, it should have been done, but the cleaning staff only made the beds without changing the sheets. The coffee cups remained dirty on the desk throughout our stay. The bathroom was adequate. Breakfast was excellent. Very noisy both inside and outside. Poor bedding, badly damaged parquet flooring, and dirty walls.

13/11/2025: Avoid this place if you want to sleep here… the bedroom window is broken and doesn't close completely, so it's cold and noisy, plus there's road noise, noise from the restaurant (it's like a nightclub) until midnight, no room service between nights (no cleaning), the coffee machine has no coffee, there's rot on the ceiling, and the shutters are broken… we paid €280 for 2 nights, it's outrageous…

24/03/2026: Hello, I've been ordering my pizzas from L'Artisanale for years. They're very good. No complaints. But my last order was particularly excellent, delicious, flavorful, just the way you like it… These days, it's quite an achievement to maintain quality, quantity, and reasonable prices. Plus, you can pay by card, which isn't always the case. Well done! 🎉🎊🎈 🍕🍕🍕

The setting is very pleasant, a blend of relaxed and refined atmosphere, where a welcome sense of calm prevails. Each table is spaced far enough apart to allow for comfortable conversation. The menu is simple yet generous. And for pizza lovers, there's a magnificent pizza oven and a pizza chef on hand.
