12/01/2024: Bonjour, De passage dans la suite La Désirade, Dans l'ensemble, la suite était assez bien, belle déco, belle piscine, vraiment sympa. MAIS, pour le prix : 390 € la nuit, - Le ménage était très mal fait, limite sale à certain endroits. - La piscine " jacuzzi + cascade" impossible de l'éteindre la nuit, soi-disant elle s'éteignait seule au bout de 30 minutes, nous avons dû dormir toute la nuit avec le bruit du jacuzzi ! Personne ne nous a signalé qui fallait l'éteindre et comment le faire. - Le hammam, nous l'avons utilisé 3 fois et à chaque fois, une dizaine de minutes pour le démarrer alors que la procédure était la même. - Le sèche-cheveux qui ne fonctionnait pas non plus. Ah oui aussi ! Pour 400€ la nuit, ils vous feront même payer, les 2-3 paquets de bonbons qu'il y a, à disposition (3€ le paquet). Je pense que la moindre des choses à ce prix là, c'est d'offrir les friandises. (Je pensais qu'ils allaient au moins offrir ça, étant donné que nous n'avons pas touché la bouteille de champagne offerte.) et beh si !!!! Je suis désolée, mais vos chambres ne valent pas, 400€ la nuit… Je ne reviendrai pas, ça, c'est sûr. Me voilà moins frustré, de vous avoir dit, tout ce que je pensais ! 15/04/2024: We ordered a Burger and he didn’t inform us it is only cash so when Burger was ready he refused to give it to my boyfriend ( he didnt allow him to eat it inside the restaurant) while I went to the car to get money. Of course when I came back i paid and then Burger was cold already! Very bad service.

13/05/2024: A great stay as usual! With the heated swimming pool and bar, top-notch room service and an exceptional location. And so kids friendly!!

19/04/2024: The value for money is not there.. the servers on the other hand are very welcoming but having been there several times, the server who collects scams us every time and does not give us change even when we ask him to calculate , even today he ripped us off by €6.50 which is not an insignificant amount. Moreover, the majority of the products are frozen. I do not recommend.

22/03/2024: TO FLEE I took a pain au chocolat which was almost not cooked doughy, and tiny it looked like I was eating raw dough, I even have a doubt that it is not homemade, it is the basis of a bakery the pain au chocolat, even the effort of quality service

28/03/2024: The restaurant is dirty the chairs are dirty there are cobwebs it is deplorable this lack of hygiene the dishes are very average! Not a great steak for €30!!!!! And what's more, the laundry smells like frying!!!!
