No need to get lost in villages to find a tarte flambée!
Here she is just perfect. Very hot, not greasy, lots of flavor and served quickly.
The dishes are plentiful and of very good quality.
My elderly parents and foodies insisted on coming back for 2 consecutive evenings during their stay in Strasbourg
Go there without hesitation :)
30/03/2024: Great welcome with top-notch service: super efficient and fast, practical when you have children. The flam are all very good, well stocked, traditional. You can go there with your eyes closed
Living in the neighborhood, this is our go-to place without hesitation!!

23/08/2023: A perfect restaurant for a special occasion! The food was divine, so so delicious, and our waitress was both professional and very kind. Her wine recommendation was exactly what we wanted, and as it was a very hot day, she sat us in front of a fan and even brought us extra glasses of ice cubes. We were also very happy with the discount we received thanks to booking through The Fork! We look forward to coming back soon!

05/04/2024: Decent menu; satisfactory cuisine, nothing "disappointing". On the other hand, you should not look for extravagance on the plate. During the morel season, these could have had their place next to a piece of veal for example; or some edible wild herbs that grow "Up there"...
The dessert cart is varied and offers enough choice. On the sugar side, however, it's way too heavy.
If you're looking for a little extra, stop at Le Clos, located below.

02/04/2024: Staying via a “weekend desk” weekend which was offered to us.
First room: presence of cut nails on the bedroom carpet, hair on the shower screen, bed black with dirt and dust not cleaned for a while, toilet and fridge extremely dirty...
Second room assigned to us: remote control not cleaned, more hair in the bathtub and originally transparent white curtains which are now brown, black...
Ashamed.
Don't go there.

At an acceptable price for the category (15 years ago 1 night for 2 people, 130eu with 1 sumptuous breakfast) it was a splendid 4-star hotel with a typical Alsatian atmosphere. Although it was a 5 minute walk from the historic center, unfortunately the location among the modern condominiums did not help adequate development in my opinion
