17/04/2026: Michael Wagner and Jérémy Page fully deserve their Michelin star. This evening, we enjoyed the 11-course tasting menu, accompanied by the classic wine pairing. Every dish was excellent and left nothing to be desired. The main course particularly impressed and truly won us over.
The wine pairing was of high quality and especially interesting, with beautiful, carefully chosen, and perfectly matched wines. On my next visit, however, I will definitely opt for the premium version. The sommelier this evening was knowledgeable and very attentive. Overall, this young team was friendly and pleasantly relaxed, without any stiffness. Exactly how I like it.

What a pleasant surprise! A varied Alsatian menu, fresh ingredients, generous portions, and reasonable prices.
In short, highly recommended.

06/04/2026: A superb hotel in a quiet little Alsatian village. From the moment we booked to our arrival, the staff was friendly. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a coffee machine and a large bed – no complaints whatsoever. The only downside was the Wi-Fi, which wasn't very reliable. Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of quality products (the scrambled eggs were particularly delicious, in my opinion). Unfortunately, we weren't able to use the bar and restaurant, as they were closed the day of our stay (we knew this before we left). There's another restaurant right next door. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed with you this weekend, but unfortunately we didn't get the room with a balcony we requested. A major drawback was the restaurant being full with people who weren't even staying at the hotel. Otherwise, it was a great hotel.
03/03/2026: The food is terrible, though the sleep is awful. It's unbelievable that in 2026 they're still offering such mediocre quality products for a €16 breakfast.
The sourcing policy goes against common sense and environmental and public health realities. It's a real shame because overall it's a lovely establishment run by very friendly and welcoming staff.

27/03/2026: I was out for a walk when I saw what looked like a deer coming out of a truck. I don't know about you, but seeing a dead animal like that traumatized me a bit; it was disgusting. I completely lost my appetite.
03/03/2026: A delicate meal with beautifully presented dishes. I was captivated. Time seemed to stand still. There was no rush. The service was discreet and efficient. The courses arrived in perfect timing. Everything was refined. Bravo to the entire team. I know what it takes to create this experience for us. Thank you. I will be back.

10/04/2026: Arriving at the restaurant via a typical medieval cobbled passageway. Magnificent view. I had booked a table requesting a window seat, and this was duly noted; I thank them for that. The service was standard, and the flammekueches were very good. Also worth doing: walks nearby via the staircases. Breathtaking view of Saverne.

23/08/2024: Belle expérience dans ce restaurant au cadre sympathique. Carpaccio de boeuf au menu, petit oublie du service, j'ai dû rappeler au personnel que ma commande n'avait pas été pris en compte. Le tir a été rectifié par la suite et les assiettes se sont succédé sans attente, parfait pour l'amateur de carpaccio que je suis. Le service est top et la qualité au rdv. Nous reviendrons.
11/08/2024: Arrivés à l'heure d'ouverture, on est obligé de toquer pour qu'on nous ouvre...
Sans réservation, on nous a rapidement trouvé une table et installés.
Par contre, la serveuse, aussi aimable qu'une porte de frigo...
On demande si on peut partager une tarte flambée traditionnelle en entrée.Oui, cest possible.
La tarte flambée est arrivée rapidement mais, dans quel état...Bien garnie, mais cramée et le gras de la crème nous dégoulinant entre les doigts.(alors imaginez une gratinée !)...
Les vins blancs testés n'étaient pas à notre goût, même le "vieille vigne" est très amer !
Les pizzas étaient tout aussi bien garnies, avec une pâte épaisse, comme on les aime. Malheureusement, sauce tomate sans saveur, et pâtes en-dessous cramées. La mienne était cramée en-dessous sur sa quasi-totalité...
Alors que c'est censé être leur spécialité,les pizzas, d'après leur enseigne...
Beaucoup de personnel, mais pas vraiment de service. On vous regarde puis on vous ignore.Ils ne débarassent qu'une partie de la table...Bizarre.
A part la dernière serveuse qui s'est occupée de nous, merci à elle.
On se dit qu'on va quand même essayé les desserts.
Le tiramisu était avec du spéculoos et de la crème !
Les profitéroles : les choux étaient petits et mous. La glace vanille était bonne mais le chocolat en sauce n'avait pas vraiment de goût. Chantilly ok.
Bref, grosse déception !

31/07/2024: Nous avons souvent en France dans les "Arrières Pays" des lieux d'exception.
Notre Pépite se situent au cœur des Vosges du Nord : le "Biergarten" en été et sa grande sœur le "Grès du marché" en hiver. Un endroit rêvé pour passer un moment romantique à 2, avec sa petite famille ou entre vrais amis.. accueillit chaleureusement par Estelle et Frédéric et leurs chers Enfants.
On s'y sent magnifiquement bien. L'instant d'un repas est une ambiance de vacances mais aussi de déconnection totale où chaque détail est minutieusement pensé.
Une délicatesse dans le "Vieux village' de La Petite Pierre.
