13/03/2026: After a long break from the new inn 😔, it's still just as good. The homemade foie gras was excellent. The main course was superb (three choice cuts of lamb) and the orange dessert was refreshing, a perfect balance of bitterness and freshness. The wine pairings were perfect. I highly recommend it.

The dishes are visually stunning, and the flavors are incredibly precise. You can feel the chef's passion in the kitchen and the professionalism in the dining room. 31/03/2026: Mixed feelings after a romantic dinner. The welcome was impeccable, the owner's attentiveness much appreciated, and the wine pairing suggestion was relevant, but the food itself was inconsistent, a mix of impressive and mediocre. In a restaurant marketed as gastronomic, one expects explosions of flavor and surprises, which wasn't quite the case this time. There's clearly ambition and skill in the kitchen, but the execution wasn't always up to our expectations. A matter of taste, of course! But I must emphasize a major disappointment with the cheese... I thought I was indulging in the Comté "tasting": €11 for a very small and tasteless portion is simply not justified. A so-called smoked Comté cheese, despite being finely sliced, was completely devoid of aroma, and there were three extra-thin slices, both in terms of quantity and cost, with absolutely no flavor or impact (in fact, the waiter told us, as they brought our plates, that it was smoked and "regular"! Very ordinary indeed, certainly not up to the standard of a fine dining establishment). To balance things out, the stuffed zucchini blossoms were incredible, and the apple soufflé was truly excellent (but the accompanying granita was rather disappointing). Overall, a pleasant experience, certainly, but the value for money (€65 per person) didn't convince us, without wanting to generalize (I'm not judging, just sharing my experience). The dining room was very comfortable but rather noisy; sit somewhere away from the noise if you're sensitive to it.

23/03/2026: First time at this restaurant this lunchtime. A wonderful discovery! The staff were pleasant, welcoming, and smiling. The menu looked enticing, and the food even more so on the plate. As for the tasting, it was a revelation! A colorful and flavorful explosion! A huge thank you to the chef and his team for delighting our taste buds! We will definitely be back.

23/02/2026: A wonderful discovery at the entrance to Riquewihr. Tucked away at the end of a quiet alley, this restaurant offers refined and delicious cuisine, with generous portions and high-quality ingredients. The setting is charming and the building itself is definitely worth a visit. Just one small drawback: it wasn't very warm. We had a very pleasant time and will certainly be back!

05/01/2026: Typical Alsatian atmosphere. The vegetarian menu is very popular, as is the children's dish. The dishes are revisited and balanced, with attention to flavor. Very friendly staff. Centrally located, but slightly out of the way, making it very quiet. Recommended.

29/11/2025: We discovered this wonderful place thanks to the Passe-Gourmand guide. The restaurant's entrance alone makes you want to explore the interior. We received a warm welcome from the owner, who let us choose our table. The setting is lovely, with carpeted floors and tastefully chosen decorations and furnishings. Cloth tablecloths and napkins were provided. All the dishes we chose were delicious. For starters, we had foie gras and pumpkin soup with truffle oil. Then came the original and delicious Pretzel Burger. The beef fillet was incredibly tender. I really appreciated that each dish was served piping hot, especially since I'm a slow eater 😅 To finish, the fruit panna cotta and vanilla crème brûlée were delicious! The coffee was also very good. We thoroughly enjoyed the welcome, the ambiance, and the food. I highly recommend this place. We'll be back to try the vol-au-vent with morels. Outside, there's a lovely terrace for sunny days. Thank you for this enjoyable time!

23/03/2026: The food is certainly good, but absolutely unsuitable for people with allergies. I repeatedly pointed out that I have celiac disease and cannot consume gluten. The reaction was rather irritated, and the gluten-free bread was served in a basket with the other breads. In a Michelin-starred restaurant, I expect the chef to be knowledgeable about allergies and cross-contamination. I obviously gave up the bread, but I still experienced significant symptoms, which means there was still gluten in the meal. This is unacceptable to me. The service is adequate, but there's room for improvement in terms of friendliness.
